Matthew Sterling, NRP, FP-C, CCP-C, TP-C, C-NPT, MCoROM
Matthew has served in public safety and medical fields for the past 19 years, with experience in the union fire service, volunteer fire service, hospital-based EMS, private EMS, and military medical field. He has served as a fire officer, FD/PD search & recovery diver, tactical medic and adviser to specialty law enforcement teams, ALS/EMS coordinator for several fire departments, critical care flight paramedic, and as an ED Paramedic and hospital educator. Matthew has created several fire department-based ambulance services at the BLS, ALS, and ALS PIFT levels, and owns a private for-profit emergency medicine education service. He is a staff writer for FlightbridgeED, an online/in-person critical care education service, and is a council member for the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine, amongst other appointments.
