Many of us were taught to place ECG precordial "V" leads under large breast tissue, replace/set down the tissue after, and then obtain the image. However, did you ever stop to think about how much large breast tissue can displace the ECG leads on the chest and dramatically alter the image? How do we get around this? Is there anything better that could be done?
