Yes, Cyanokits...Hydroxocobalamin...the same expensive medication we can administer to patients who have been exposed to smoke inhalation from say, a structure fire. Why would we ever consider giving it to a patient suffering from Vasoplegic shock? How does this even help out patients who have been exposed to dangerous chemicals in smoke, let alone vasoplegia?
