Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the podcast. My name is Frances Young, and today I have Sam with me all the way from Innis Phil. Woo hoo. Sam and I have just been vibing for a whole, almost 90 minutes on talking about her human design graph, her health, her fitness, everything about power lifting to her digestion. So we are both vibing and both having a fantastic time already. The energy's just gonna continue. Sam, I have my questions that I sent you via email in front of me. Sam, let's hear about you, who you are. I want you to go on a rant because you are indeed a Manifestor. Yes, I am. My name is Sam. I use she her pronouns. Like you said, I'm from Ville. I am an astrologer by night and by day I'm a gardener. Love being in the garden, love being outside. Even though I'm allergic to everything, I still like being out there and helping people maintain their gardens. I love helping my boss redesign them. One of my favorite things, and I do wanna work with, plants and astrology eventually in the future. It's a great way to get me into that, into that field. Otherwise, I practice Hellenistic astrology. I just love the structure of it. I love whole sign houses. I know people will argue about PLAs. This is why we gravitated towards each other somehow, yep. Yeah, mainly Hellenistic astrologer. I do wanna get into asteroids as well, but that's pretty much me. I love it. It's interesting how, now I didn't even realize until you just said it in this way, to bring something up about, Sam's human design graph that reads about her, you being allergic to everything and you have the gift of sensitivity. For anybody to just, I've ripped off some random human design knowledge, there are 64 numbers on someone's graph if you're looking at your graph right now, and number 19 is the beautiful gift, it's not actually bad to have sensitivity. We can have sensitivities in a particular way, like food allergies that Sam has particular thing, but also like you being allergic to certain plants or certain things outside. Now it all makes sense. Oh my gosh. Yeah, I worked one day last week and I was under a cedar tree for the whole day and I came back just covered in hives. I always say lilies are the bane of my existence because at this time of year you have all the ditch lilies coming out in the ball plants, and I am a mouth breather for the next few months. So yeah, sensitivity is real. This is maybe a tidbit of somewhere where my brain's going about Manifestors as a whole. Because your aura, aura, and energetic field is super sensitive just as a whole to other people. It does have this, true push pull or I don't like to say repelling and I even said that earlier to do, because it sounds like a negative word, but a Manifestor will push things away. I'm sure maybe even on a job site you like know right away. Maybe I shouldn't go into this batch of leaves, or maybe I should go over here first. Do you feel like you just intuitively know that for your sensitive system? Yeah, I feel that way too. And it's also similar for if I have to go into someone's backyard, I feel a little weird about it unless I text my boss first and go, which gate do I go in? He'll usually say it's the other gate and I'll be like, oh, okay, I'm gonna go, I'll go through that one. I know not to touch certain plants or to ask about them first, or maybe I won't go to that part of the garden. I'll let someone else do it. There ends up being like an aunt's nest or something. Always have that feeling to stay away from things. Your body's got your back. I have to check on my list of things. Is there something right now in your astrology practice now, I know you're stepping a little bit to the side while you get to have, your practice of landscaping and that side of your work come forefront for the summer with being in Ontario. That you are excited about in your astrology practice, because I'd love to hear where you're at with that. I currently am working with Astrology Toronto, so I'm helping, I'm on the board. I'm helping out with, getting events out and getting people to come in. I'm really excited for next year because this is a little bit under wraps, but there is obviously changes being brought in with the board. So we have a lot of ideas coming in. We have all these things we wanna try out. So I'm really excited to come back in the fall, with all of these new ideas and offerings that we're gonna have. That's one thing I'm really excited about. The second thing is when I'm gardening in the summer, I have more time to consume materials, so I tend to take a lot more workshops or listen to a lot more lectures. I'm really excited to start learning more, about asteroids as well as electional astrology. So picking dates and times to launch certain events. To host certain events, whatever it is. I really wanna get into that'cause I think it's really cool. And I think it would be cool to elect certain dates for things, as well as learning about plants and their associations with the planets and seeing what times of year they bloom and how that kind of correlates with what's going on in the sky. Like I said, we have all the ball plants coming out right now, so learning how they operate and. When they bloom and what their behaviors are in relation to the astrology going on, it's gonna be really, really cool. So I'm excited to pay more attention to that. Oh my God, you've got like three things that are just like bursting and you're like, I'm putting this to mind. We are in Taurus season, so all of our things are bursting here in Ontario with being in the heart of spring. And all of those bald plants are, they've rooted in. All winter now. Here they go. So of course they are coming out in Taurus season. We know this as like seasonal change as a whole, but to add in the level of Zodiac and what that means for a Taurus, they're very grounded, they're very stubborn to just say two words that are very simple to talk about Taurus, and I mean stubborn in a good way. Tauruses my mom's. Yes. It makes sense that balding plants would only burst at this time. They have to be stubborn. Right? And I think it's cool'cause you plant them during Scorpio season, usually. Like, garlic, onions, even like the ball plants like daffodils and stuff. If you throw them into the ground in October time, November time, they're gonna sprout during Taurus season, which I think is really cool.'cause you're going from, like really. Deep, dark Scorpio. Two very bright, but still very like deep tones of Taurus, which I think is also really beautiful. And both of them being fixed signs and being very stubborn signs, it's like these bulbs have to really push through the cold, through the permafrost. They have to get rooted in the dirt before they can bloom. They also have to maintain. Staying away from squirrels and other animals throughout the winter. Right. So I know sometimes when I dig out my garden and the bulbs are out, the squirrels will eat them. So they have to be very hearty plants. But yeah, that's cool. I love how we both had that light bulb moment. Yeah. Now, I actually did ask you this question earlier of when you learned that you were a Manifestor and it was around the time that you also started to go down the rabbit hole of astrology. So it was back around the beginning of COVID, correct. So 2020 ish. Yeah. Yeah, I got into astrology a bit later than I did tarot, so probably towards January, 2021 is when my astrology journey really started. Not long after I was listening to a podcast, and I wanna say it was the astrologer Kira Taborn with, I believe her name is Kelsey Rose. If I can remember, but she was a human design interpreter and she, I remember pulling up my chart. The most I remembered was that I have the number five somewhere in there. And then when you came back for the workshop for Astrology Toronto, and I pulled up my chart, I was like, oh, right. Manifestor was part of that. I just wasn't sure if I was a Manifesting Generator or not. So it's been a few years that I've had an idea. I just, it's a language that doesn't make sense to me, so I'm like, I'm gonna stay out of it. This is how I felt about astrology. Even though astrology was my way into finding human design. I think I spoke about this a little bit, for my lecture and workshop for Astrology Toronto. It was the rabbit hole that I went down to literally only figure out what was gonna happen to me. I was concerned of that i'd heard through, whether it was a spiritual, something on the internet of'Beware of your Saturn Return'. You gotta learn about your Saturn return. And my Saturn return was 2020. I turned 30 in actually 2022. The beautiful thing about my Saturn return was that was when I found out about human design, actually very close to when it went exact. It was nice along the way. To then be led to human design. I think it's interesting that you got down the astrology rabbit hole. I learned what astrology was. Then human design got shoved in my face and I went down that hole as opposed to astrology. Even though, you can ne you can never stop learning this type of information, which is so fascinating to me. Yeah. For someone who has their IC in Gemini, I am like, I'm a forever student. I wanna learn for the rest of my life. Give me something I can learn forever and I'm good. Yeah. And you being a five one. The one is the knowledge seeker in human design. You are obsessed with it. I have a one three, so I get it. The things that make us excited to any degree, whether it's about gardening or it's about astrology or human design, we're just, we're obsessed. The next thing, okay. Prior to starting to also integrate this knowledge to how you think about your health, your routine, how you eat, what have been some challenges if you feel open to sharing certain challenges of what has been difficult for you about your physical health? About what I like to say is just health routine, so how you work out, how you move, how you eat, what have been some challenges for you in your life? I think the main one that we had talked about was my eating habits. I have a really hard time with eating. I forget to eat all the time. I'm also autistic, A DHD, so I have a lot of texture preferences. I have a lot of food preferences. I'm also type one diabetic and celiac, so there's a big limit on what I can eat. So my eating habits have always been. Really difficult for me just because I fluctuate so much and am I actually hungry? I don't think I'm hungry. Oh, I forgot to eat. I don't want anything in my body right now. So eating habits were definitely the biggest one because I, I undereat, but I overtrain. So that's, I think my biggest. Biggest difficulty otherwise. I know it's gotten a bit better now, but when I was younger, I would push myself too hard every single time and then I'd burn out and I wouldn't go to the gym for a year because I was so burned out and so exhausted. As I've gotten older, it's gotten a lot better. I have a better relationship with movement now. The burning out, it's pushing myself too hard. My trainer always makes fun of me and my mom by saying you just wanna jump onto the next exercise. You need to take a break. It's definitely big bursts of energy, not being able to control it in terms of burnout and eating habits, definitely my biggest issues. And self included, even though my energy type is very different, Generator to Manifestor. The typical of how our body and our mind also in this case, wants to relate to food because of the way that society feels conditioned around food, around what it means to be healthy now, because we are in such of a forefront of, depending on what media is in front of you or who is in your friend group speaking to you about their health. Do you eat enough protein? Do you do this? Are you on the cold plunging? Like we've got so many hacks to thinking that we know how to look after our body and legitimately medical tested, we understand these things are good for us methods to how we, in air quotes, should eat. And then now we have this cool knowledge called human design that says, this is why Sam burns out in this way and feels that I don't even wanna go to the gym for a year. And this is why, with all of these potential sensitivities that her system has, as to why she doesn't like eating at this time. But the cool thing that we were talking about earlier is that, we'll say three things for any Manifestors listening, that they'll be able to relate to at least a couple of them. Manifestors want to want the thing that they're going to eat. I know you were on the fact of I didn't want salad in this stuff the other day, but I just, I was okay with having my smoothie. Yeah. Which is so counter to the fact. I think I was writing something, about digestion for a post myself this week.'cause I'm gonna create some content on that is nobody tells you. We could vibe on the fact that if you wanna get lean and if you wanna eat clean food, have chicken, broccoli, and rice on repeat. We all know in health and fitness that yeah, this is gonna make you lean as fuck, but if a Manifestor doesn't want this. It's probably gonna be the worst thing for your system and make you feel like shit. Do you have broccoli, chicken and rice? Is that a thing? I'm just like throwing some random out, but do you even like that? For me, I was actually saying that that is like my favorite meal because I know it's beige food. It's my favorite vegetable, and I will eat the same thing every single day. But if suddenly one day I don't have broccoli, I'm not eating it. If I have to switch out the broccoli for something else, I'm not eating it. No chance in hell, I'm not touching it because I know that my safe food is those three specific things together. If something changes, nope, not happening. The I don't want is very specific to this is the thing that I want. Yep. If it's not that, fuck it. Yeah, throw it on the ground like that's, yeah. Yeah, totally. Okay. If Manifestors have tantrums around their food, I, if you have a toddler and you're listening to this and you're like, fuck is, maybe I should check if my kids in a Manifestor or not. I have, watched manifester children have tantrums and it's very, telling that they're Manifestors is very interesting. You gotta want what you wanna eat Manifestors like. Other energy types operate with that sentence in a different way. For a Generator, you have to see the food or physically think the thing, do I want green beans? Your body's gonna tell you yes or no very specifically. We think about it and feel into it in a different way. But for Manifestors, you can be like, do I want this? I love how I picked out that random thing of chicken broccoli and rice and that is legitimately your favorite meal and could have it as consistently. I'm such a gym bro for this. Yeah, and that's the gym bro culture of this is how I get lean. I go through phases personally of what I now know for my system as a Generator, how I eat, what my specific digestion is, which we're gonna get into, into Sam's as another, like third piece of. What, you know, we validated for her is correct for her system in its digestion. What she wants to eat, for me, I'll go through periods where all I want is potatoes, and then all I want is rice, and then all I want is oatmeal, and now I just play with it as opposed to thinking that I need to have this carb in order to get the leanest because this is the one that's, you know, said to be the healthiest gym bro thing to have. One thing that was really cool about Sam's digestion that we were vibing on, that this is definitely seems counterculture to a lot of things that we think about how we would, how we should enjoy our food. Is that how Sam takes in things? The best is with distraction around her sound, TV moving. Eating while in the car, maybe even too. Did you eat in the car on the way to like things all the time as a kid, yeah. Yeah. Eating in the car was always something I did. Yeah. If you happen to look at your human design graph and you are a Manifestor and you have something that's called high sound digestion, this is you. Everything in the book about food these days says you need to chew it this much more for you to digest it properly. Yes, there is validity to that statement, but somebody's system like Sam is gonna tell her to do these weird things that does not look normal. Oh yeah. I always joke with my friends that I'm an iPad kid when it comes to eating. I need to have something on while I'm eating. It also drives my mom nuts. I walk around when I eat, I can't sit down. I need to stand up and watch my show at the Kitchen Island. And I need to be able to walk or move. I can't sit in one place. I'm even thinking about it now and the times that I do sit in one place and eat, I tend to not, I feel heavier. I feel grosser like then when I'm moving around. I tend to eat more if I'm able to move around or be around people or be around distractions because it's just easier. It feels easier. Your system has knows what that easy feels like for me, if I'm feeling rushed in my eating, the only time actually that I notice my body, or for me my sacral center is Generator, like need food is. It's how I operate. What my digestion is, as well as what my environment is, which is where we're gonna get into the third piece for, Sam as well. Here is. I like to snack and I have what's called closed taste, and I have an environment that wants to like be somewhere and then get somewhere else. Snacking for me, like I wanna feel excited and then go on and do the thing. And my system doesn't like to be overloaded with food. If I actually come in and snack too much if I'm over hungry because I haven't, there are times where we just actually do, do that as humans for life or whatever our day constitutes of what we've done. I will overfill my system too fast, but I'll do it over the counter. I purposely do need to sit down and actually enjoy, a little bit longer, a little bit more of a ritual with food. But sometimes it feels like I don't have the ability to do that in my day for whatever the heck I'm doing that day. I love that that resonated so well for you. I started laughing when you said, Manifestors eat fast. I'm like, that's so funny because my mom used to get so mad at me for how fast I ate, and I'm like, I don't know how people savor food because it tastes so good. How do you wanna take your time with it? Don't you just wanna shove it in your face, and get it over with, because that's what I wanna do. Every Manifestor I know. They just shove it in. Yep. I love that when there are these weird nuances that we can find in our human design graph of. One, for knowing that you are diabetic and that you have an active digestion. Your body is burning through fuel. It needs consistency. It's telling you it needs a certain amount of glucose in your system at what day to keep your insulin levels functioning properly. Not every has a left arrow in their digestion is going to be diabetic. But in this case, it correlates for you. And the fact that your eating looks like it has to be what you want, when you want it, when you want it. Yep. And the fact that you have to do it in front of the tv, whatever the type of stimulus to help your body digest the thing. Now that we know that, I bet you. With the ability for you to experiment with this, that even when we were starting to go down talking about hormones, the initial discussion, it may even sort that out. I've been thinking about that since you said it.'cause usually when I'm on, any type of routine I tend to be a lot better. It's funny'cause when I'm planning out, like when I'm meal planning for myself, I write breakfast and then I write the. Three different meals that I'm allowed to go between for breakfast because I hate anything else outside of those things. So right now I'm on smoothies, but once I get bored of smoothies, I'm gonna go to yogurt and granola. So it's like cyclical. So I still have a routine, but some freedom in it. I know those are the only things I'm gonna want to eat at any given time. Otherwise, I'm like, don't put any food near me. It has to be accessible. I have to be on the move. Like cheese strings. Perfect. Anything that's in a wrapper, let's go. If I, yes. If I have to drive and eat, it's gotta be a fucking wrap. I don't have to prep it. Perfect. And kind of the third piece that nobody, at least I would say talks about with human design relating the digestion of our design and the environment of our design. We still wanna be eating in places that make us feel good. Our environment in our human design graph shows us the types of environments that we have, our ahas, but that our body also just feels good in. Sam and I happen to have the same one, but just reversed, the manmade and the natural version of it. Sam and I both have shores, which our body loves an environment in which we are in an environment, i'm on my couch, but I can see something else. I can see the difference inside because I have a window to my right. We are the people that love to be the window seat on an airplane like the. Never have, never will. Even if I know that that particular flight, I'm trying to drink as much water as possible and I'll be going to the bathroom a million times. I don't care. I'll climb over people, whatever. But playing with, for Sam to layer on high sound, she's at a site where she's literally building or changing something in the environment of artificially doing something. To make something manmade, which I think is so great as to just lay out some information about Shor's artificial environment style people. Let's get you in your car and blast the tunes while you know you're eating your lunch that day. Or if your boss happens to come to site, go and interact with them for a hot second before you, while you're eating, before you go back to, putting in the new flower bed. You were like, okay, the change in this sounds good. I feel like there's a certain amount of routine for Manifestors that they like it, but then they don't at the same time because there's gotta be this change. There's gotta be this burst in energy. I love that you are astrology by night and something else by day that's also like this change in this burst for you as well. A hundred percent. Honestly, since we talked before, I've been thinking about it and I've been going back in memories of being a kid and going to, day camp during the summer. And I hated eating on the grass. If I was, I wanted to be in the pavilion at the, like tables or I wanted to be inside. Even now, I don't like sitting on patios too much because I like to be inside. Just eating outside. Is weird to me. So now that I'm thinking about that, I'm like, it's'cause of that, that artificial shore is like having to be in a manmade structure, but seeing nature. I just don't, I don't like the interaction of it. I like to be the people watcher, but more from the structural component. If I'm, if there's no food involved, then I'm okay being outside. But if it's food involved, I wanna be in a structure. Interesting. Even my brain's like pinging off on how the security of what an artificial thing feels like because artificial, in this case, within the human design language, it just means manmade. It means something that was created in order to remove us from the natural world. But we can still see, we can still interact, but shores artificial person to me and I think it's so cool that you're a gardener is a person that doesn't Yeah. Dirty. Doesn't like to get dirty at certain moments, right. I'll use that instead, because there's still this interaction with nature that you desire, but if you move and change the environment in a certain way where you get to focus, you're like, yeah, of course I'll get my hands dirty. I'll get right in there. I do like being in the dirt. I'm the type of person that like crawls in the mulch, but if there's anything, if I have to go do something, it's just weird for me to mix the two, having to eat, for example, and then go be in the dirt while I'm eating or having a coffee is just so weird to me. I'm like, no, I'd rather. Let me have my coffee first and then I'll go back. I think since we were talking about the root and sensitivity, like it's already so much for me to be out in nature as a Pisces too, I just feel everything. If I have to come back and eat, do like another root based thing, rather than being in na, it's just too much to mix the two of them. It's like, I'm getting the external stimuli as well as the internal stimuli of eating. It's way too much. I need to disconnect from at least one of those things. That's even like making me think about how I eat when I'm feeling disconnected from my body and I overeat. It's just because I'm like, I need to eat. I also happen to have an open root, even though I'm a sacral being and have it defined as a Generator, but I've got a lot of other open stuff that's just making me think and feel so many other things. Now that you have this kind of confirmation on all of these nuances about yourself, your eating, your energy, how it feels, when we were talking about about you, really wanting to get into power lifting in the next few years with thinking about this bursting in massive strength energy. You found seeing the relation in your astrology chart to these wants and desires and then now me showing you the human design correlation of why your body is telling you these things, making you feel these desires. I love how even in this podcast your brain is processing it and coming up with other realizations. Now you know, the Manifestor. To kind of wrap up some of these things that we've talked about, what are some things that you're pinging off in your brain of being like, this is where I'm gonna go with all of this information now? It's funny because lately I've been trying to figure out a better structure or weekly routine that I can do for myself. You had even brought up cortisol before and I was like, that's the one thing that I've been thinking of working on because of this like feeling out of control. I have a hard time with that. I think now knowing about the eating stuff, that's gonna be so much easier for me now to know that okay. It's okay that I need stimuli because, growing up, you're made to think that if you eat, if you stand up and eat, it's gonna be really bad for you. If you don't eat slow enough, it's gonna be really bad for you. And if you have to engage with what you're doing, you can't have any TV dinners suck. Knowing I don't have to follow those rules and that my body prefers it better to go with what I'm feeling feels a lot better. Especially since I've been trying to do that, I guess unintentionally, now that I know that it's, it'll probably work for me more intentionally. Definitely gonna try that, especially being at work. As someone who forgets to eat, it'll probably be so much easier to just get in my car and sit down on my phone for a little bit. Knowing that I can just put myself in my car for a little bit. Even just give myself a timer. Yeah, probably help will help so much. And in that artificial environment, your car is a manmade, separate thing from being Yep. On site. It's not really a thing that you go into clients' homes when you're on site of just like things of what even I would know on the outside from, being someone who works on gardens. Funny enough, my mom is a landscape architect. However, just knowing that, okay, go into the artificial space that I have available to me right now. This is going one, maybe actually make me want to eat in the middle of my workday for the summer, then how else that is gonna affect cascade. The cool thing about if we start with understanding our digestion through human design, this is something that our, founder of human design RA Ahu, was so obsessed with saying is that food is our biggest conditioner. Now. Mm-hmm. We can all agree on in the world of health is that we are what we eat. If we put shit in our body, we feel like shit. If we don't, then we feel better. But now this extra nuance of Sam's going to eat the things that are right for her and her car, the light bulbs about astrology that are gonna go off, the conversations that you're gonna have, like everything and anything can happen once we start, eating and following our design in the ways that it's trying to tell us what to do. It's so funny too'cause I, my brain instantly thinks of my astrology chart and I'm like, I don't know how, I never looked at it that way. But with the Gemini moon, the moon being the body and how you feed the body and it being in Gemini, it's like that need for stimulation to be able to feed the Gemini. I always have two channels going at the same time. I have the input and the output as most mutable signs have. I need both of those. I can't just be consuming without putting something else out or having, I need two things at once, so that makes sense. My moon is also squared in my Mercury and my Mars, which are to me, like transitional. The Mercury being that psychopomp like between worlds, but also seeing things from two different sides. My Mercury and my Mars are in two different signs, but they're close enough that they're in conjunction. My Mercury and Pisces, which to me gives me the image of a window and that Mars being in my third house of local spaces. So needing the, the stimuli of local space from the window. Yeah. That I see you nodding. I love that. I feel like we just confirmed everything and if people don't understand, there are so many weird nuances to how we wanna eat that are just so ingrained in us that we look past things being the way that we're gonna feel more healthy. It's gonna take some time for people to eventually get there and get over this ridiculous conditioning that we have of what you say. I felt that I was given the same conditioning. Let's all eat at the table. Let's all do this. Yep. Maybe my dad had high sound digestion'cause he was always wanting to eat in front of the TV too. I actually don't know because I don't know my dad's birth time, however it could be. It's kind of bonkers when now that this information is out there. How I knew we needed to connect of, how our astrology connects. We both know Sam is. But two, that for just naturally you were someone that is super into investing in her body, understanding what it means and then to now have this confirmation for you. I'm like, let's see where Sam goes. Yo, like, who the fuck knows? I'm so excited for you to use this knowledge. Thanks. Yeah, it, it's funny you were saying about, how your dad likes to be in front of the TV too. My mom and my brother are both Taurus moons, so they're very, very invested in what they're eating. My mom likes to make different food every single day. My dad and I are both air moons. My dad's a Libra moon and I'm a Gemini moon. And me and him are both like, I wanna eat the same exact thing every single day, because I know that I like it and I'm not venturing out of that. It's on a routine. He also is the same thing. He under eats like I do, because we just don't. Think about it, but we also both sit in front of the TV and are like, why do we have to eat all together? Like that doesn't make any sense. We all have different schedules. I'm definitely gonna figure out what their design charts are, because I'd be interested to see as well. When we start understanding the dynamics of our family and then we start understanding the dynamics of a partner, it just clears all of the things up as opposed to feeling any type of resentment, feeling any type of, well, why? Why don't you? That allows us to let somebody be who they are and love them for who they are that much more than we already also have the culture around you gotta love the person for who they are. Mm-hmm. Type of mentality, right. When we understand why their energy is doing it, there's like another level of ICU that. It's honestly magical. Yeah. I'm on my insides as I'm saying it. I'm like, there's nothing more to life than I'd rather feel of understanding that for someone else and for them to understand the same reason for me. I always say like I got into astrology because it helps me understand people a lot better. It's a easy way to figure out, okay, why do you communicate that way? Oh, because your Mercury and your Mars might be together. I'm the same way. I'm a bit more reactive in how I talk. It just gives me a better understanding of people. In a weird way, what I'm willing to tolerate as well, like I know I'm like, maybe I don't like that form of communication style. Obviously, just as a preface, don't judge people based on their charts when you first meet them, but it does help you understand like especially oh, if. Everybody around me is a Venus Moon, for example. I take that into consideration and go, oh, am I supposed to give myself a bit more care? Is that what I'm being told? If I butt heads with Sagittarius moons, for example, I'm like, is it because that is a bit too out of reach for my body? Or is it because it gives my body unsafe feelings like. There's something about these placements that will tell you, which I also think definitely translates to human design as well. If you are meeting other Projectors and you're having a hard time with them, it's ooh, whose opinion is trying to be heard the most? Like mm-hmm. I just think opinion. Give people that insight on if you're a Projector and you don't feel heard. Why are you not feeling heard? Is your opinion not appreciated, or are you speaking too much? It's such a rabbit hole when we open it, but it makes us feel like we're not crazy and mm-hmm. That how we feel. Is right for us and no one has to tell us otherwise. Using that information for good as opposed to using it in manipulation to someone else or projecting that energy outwards as to how we just relate as humans. Exactly. Amazing, Sam, thank you.
