Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the Fearless Project YouTube Channel. Yes, you are here in my apartment with me, no makeup, sun coming in, trying to get Zoom to get the right lighting in this moment to make it look authentic, but not giving a shit.'cause I don't care about ring lights. You're about to learn about how Manifesting Generators are designed to work out. We're gonna go on the very basic. With this initial video, there are going to be more videos, I promise about the specifics of certain charts. If someone is a non-emotional Manifesting Generator, how should they work out? Should in big air quotes, but we're going basic on the very first video. At the end of the day, human design can be very complicated. We can get super nerdy about it and trust me, this one three profile loves to get nerdy. But at the end of the day, human design is an experiment. And if you are going down the rabbit hole of using this self-awareness tool to better help you understand how to work out as one of its many ways to use it. There's one basic thing about being a Manifesting Generator and working out that nobody talks about and that is Manifesting Generators. You're probably gonna do a lot of different things in your life to move your body and that no one, not even your own mind, can sometimes conceptually understand the fact that you may only. Lift weights for a certain period of your life and then never touch it again. A Manifesting generator is the energy type that has no bounce, is the energy type. That may be just as much as manifester in a different way though.'cause Manifestors, you have another video. Just don't wanna be told what to do. And especially with how they move their bodies, they know that the way in which their system is gonna feel energized, post movement of some kind is potentially and most likely going to change throughout their entire life. There may be themes, though. There may be themes in that. I'm speaking to a Manifesting Generator today. And happened to be a female. As a kid, they loved soccer and very sports oriented, but as an adult and well into their thirties, they don't play soccer anymore, but they sure as hell run, yo, they're a runner. So, you know, soccer requires running. There's a transferable skill to then become a runner. Cool. The biggest piece of this knowing and allowing yourself to get excited about a certain way to work out and then release all judgment around if you find that thing boring, all of a sudden, literally out of the blue, the faster you allow yourself to change that way of movement and fitness in your life without judgment, key. Without judgment. The most healthy, the most energized, the most eccentric, you're going to feel as a Manifesting Generator. Manifesting Generators also because you have a defined throat center always. You may just really wanna talk about your workout, be able to talk during your workout. There is an aspect of talking about the thing that you are doing to move your body is very important to you. Whether you teach a movement style, maybe you know the sky is the limit on trying to explain to you Mangen on, how you will most feel energized, post movement, post-workout. There is a difference between Manifesting Generators and Generators. Even though they want to feel excited, they need to feel energized post-workout. They need to feel a sense of that burnt me out, but like, let's go again. The key though. Is that if it changes, let it change, honey. I swear to God, every single Manifesting Generator personal training client I have that I tried to put them into a box pre knowing that they were a Manifesting Generator. The faster I feel like they ran away from me or the more that they felt like they couldn't stay with me long term. They're like, oh my God, I'm gonna let Fran down, but I need to do this when I need to do this. Regardless of their authority sometimes of what is naturally coming to them, either the response of just a sacral yes no in the moment, or if they had emotional authority. We'll get into that again in another video. This is the basic bitch workout of how to do it as a Manifesting Generator. Mangen change it often. Or if you're feeling in a rut, change it with no judgment. I hope today that this video gave you a little bit more of a reminder that you are fearless.
