Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the Fearless Project YouTube channel, and or wherever you may find this video. We are talking today about Projectors and how they are designed to work out. Now, this is a very basic video. There are so many nuances to how, if someone is a Projector, the levels of how we can break down their graph as to how they're designed to work out. We're gonna start off with a basic bitch video. Projectors, you wanna know why you're working out, you wanna know. How the hell your TVA, is it connected to the rest of your abdominal wall and how to, you wanna know, this is what I'm getting at? I could go down a lot of different rabbit holes, but Projector, you wanna understand how your body is moving, why it is moving the way that it is, and it's okay to ask a million questions to your trainer. Once I found out which certain clients were Projectors, I very much even more embraced their questions more than I already was because you guys just wanna know. You wanna analyze your own body as it's moving and move at a pace in a workout that's right for you. Some days it is gonna be, I'm on cloud nine, it could run forever. You guys actually really love mono, one type of, movement per movement thing that you're doing. Projectors don't really like CrossFit. Long term Projectors can like it a thousand percent, but there are so many things going on in CrossFit that you might like Hydrox a little better. It's just certain movements on repeat, but on extra repeat. I know a lot of Projectors that lift a lot of weight. Sometimes they're weightlifters and that's all they do. They do something for a split second or I'm in it, and then they take lots of rest Projectors. Understanding your workout can have some rest in it. It's got an ebb and a flow to it in some way is definitely how you like to workout. But it's the need to know, it's the questioning, it's the understanding the body as it's moving because you guys are the analyzers. Please step up and love the fact that you're the fucking analyzers please, because I'm not, and I am proud of that. Once I got over that, you know, self-criticism of why don't I understand certain things to a certain depth, I just jump right in. It's a bit more of a Generator vibe as opposed to a Projector vibe, a whole as a whole, can't even get the sentence out as a whole. It's okay that you are more energetically programmed for things that do not beat up your system, but that your system understands what it's doing. That's the key, and if we aren't hitting that, then I guarantee you, you are going to not understand why you cannot stick to a fitness routine. Projectors need to move their length. Because they have a slower system as to how things channel from one thing to another. Moving like the tortoise long and steady and getting the way, typically something that's gonna work for Projector long term. Now I have a very consistent Projector client. I have been working with this client since 2016. They lift weights. They play baseball. They have two dogs and walk them all the time, but they're consistent in their energy. They take a break. They don't overdo the amount of weights that they lift. They max workout three times a week. That's actually a pretty fit human, like three times a week is a lot. They have slowly built up to this over time. They didn't overload their system. They know exactly how much they can take. Same with baseball. Baseball's kind of like a short bit of a burst. There's some running, but it's not overdoing the system. It's not overdoing the workout. Very much, not this like culture of no pain, no gain. Type of mentality is what? A Projector. A Projector does not need that in their workout routine ever. Not even if they're the class person. They go heavy, heavy duty. I guarantee you. They are gonna fucking burn out and wind up in some sort of health issue that's gonna come up, that's gonna make their system say, stop. Yeah. Projectors watching this, this is the base of how you work out understanding movement. It's okay that you wanna get nerdy and that you wanna take it at your own pace. Just like a Manifesting Generator and a Generator, you do wanna feel energized post-workout. You wanna feel like you can keep going. If you feel depleted and burnt out, you might wanna change the modality, that you're doing. As I swear to God, you will give yourself adrenal fatigue for sure. Even if you have a defined root, Projectors. You move at a different pace. Just like Manifestors, they're on a whole other level. Don't work out like them please. You operate to move and to flow and to contemplate outside of workout time. Working out is kind of like not something that you actually find a lot of the time that exciting, but you just gotta know the ins and outs of it and then you're like, yeah, I love this thing. I know Projectors that are trainers that are fitness obsessed, but again, it's a different flow for you guys and if you don't understand why you're not gonna do it, that I can guarantee, again, regardless of your authority. I hope Projector that have made you re-re realize today that you are designed fearlessly.
