Hi, I’m Emma and here’s my story.

Like many people, I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted to be when I left University. But I knew it had to be something ‘businessy’.

After various twists and turns, ups and downs, I stumbled into recruitment. In my 25 years in Business, Training and Recruitment, I’ve interviewed and worked with thousands of people on a variety of different career journeys.

Over that time, I’ve come to understand the fundamentals of what makes people tick, how they choose (or reject) their careers, how they represent and talk through their experience and ultimately, how they can confidently position themselves in the employment market.

Today, I use my knowledge and experience to help people get the most from their careers. I guide them to take control of their career path and make more purposeful, informed decisions about where they want to go and how to get there.
