Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if emotional healing didn’t require years of meditation… but simply the right inner process?
This is not a passive meditation.
This is an interactive symbolic transformation experience.
In this guided session, you’ll enter an expanded state of awareness and access the symbolic language of your deeper mind to work directly with emotional patterns, stress, anxiety, inner blocks, repetitive reactions, or subconscious habits that no longer serve you.
Think of it as inner virtual reality:
your imagination becomes the therapeutic interface.
Instead of endlessly analyzing the problem, you’ll be guided to:
✨ identify the symbolic source of the issue
✨ interact with it physically and emotionally
✨ transform, release, repair, or replace what no longer serves you
✨ return feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned
This experience combines principles from advanced symbolic therapeutic work, guided meditation, embodied imagination, and expanded awareness practices.
If you’ve already done this meditation before and want to skip the introduction, you can begin directly at 03:55.
If this experience helps you, share it with someone carrying too much.

Episode One to a 7 years Journey in Saudi. this is the beginning to a story to whoever wants to know how I freed myself and to feel radiantly joyful. i am a mother, a coach, a hypnotherapist and I master the art of Reprogramming the subconscious mind.
Salam alaikum, bonjour. Before we begin, let me explain what we are about to do. This is a guided, dynamic meditation based on advanced, symbolic therapeutic work. In a way, during this experience, you become your own therapist. The process works through a state of expanded awareness, sometimes associated with what neuroscience describes as gamma activity. What does that mean? It means a state of mind in which your awareness becomes wider, clearer, and more present, allowing you to consciously access deeper inner processes that normally remain automatic, hidden, or difficult to reach. At first, that may sound impossible, and yet human beings have explored states like this for thousands of years. And if ordinary awareness is like looking through a narrow window, this is more like stepping onto a mountaintop and suddenly seeing the entire landscape at once. That is why advanced meditators or master yogis spend years cultivating similar states of expanded consciousness. The difference is that here, my voice will guide you into that experience. And with practice, you may even learn to access it by yourself. In everyday life, your mind usually operates in analytical mode. So we use logic, reasoning, problem solving. Useful, of course, but not always the place where deep emotional transformations happen. Because what troubles us often lives as automatic emotional reactions that we cannot control. Stress, anxiety, overthinking, recurrent insomnia, or when we sabotage ourselves, those patterns we understand intellectually, we still cannot change. So, if you have felt stuck despite trying hard to solve the problem, that makes perfect sense. Because some problems cannot be solved through logic alone. To calm the stressed body or ease worry, we need to work through the symbolic and imaginative intelligence of the deeper mind. So, in this experience, instead of analyzing, we will expand awareness. And from that expanded state, your imagination will naturally reveal symbolic representations of what needs attention. As if you are in a virtual reality. Then consciously you will interact with what happened, with what appears. You will transform it, move your body, move your hands, or move your everything you want to move, release it, repair it, replace what no longer serves you with what your inner system actually needs. You do not need to force anything, you do not need to do this perfectly. Simply stay curious. Your imagination is not making things up, it is speaking the natural symbolic language of the deeper mind. Just follow my guidance, and now let's begin. Take a moment to settle in comfortably. Make sure you will not be disturbed. You may keep your eyes open or gently close them, whichever feels more natural for you. Sometimes closing the eyes helps us see more clearly. And sometimes keeping them open helps us remain deeply present. Either way is perfectly fine. What matters is simple. Do you have a clear intention? Do you know what you would like to change today? Good. Because intention matters. It gives direction to everything that follows. Without direction, even the strongest wind takes us nowhere. So for now, simply allow yourself to hold that intention lightly in your mind. No need to force it, no need to concentrate. In fact, this is not about narrowing your attention, it is about expanding it. So opening, becoming aware of more, becoming aware of more sensations, more present, more of what is already here. So begin simply. At first, take a deep breath. Notice your body. Notice what you can feel right now. The contact of your clothes against your skin, the temperature of the air, the weight of your arms, your legs, the natural movement of your breathing. Your chest rising, going up and down. And perhaps there are Sancha sensations you usually ignore because daily life teaches us to filter so much. So now simply allow awareness to return. If you wish, make a small movement, adjust your posture. Make sure you are aligned. Move your shoulders, your neck, your hands, and if your eyes were closed, you may briefly open them. Just to confirm, yes, you are fully here, fully present. Then gently return inward. And notice something interesting. Sometimes becoming more present makes us feel lighter, as if something opens, as if space appears. And sometimes becoming more present makes us feel heavier, more grounded, more deeply settled. Both are perfectly natural. And perhaps something else begins to happen, a sense of becoming larger. Not physically, but in awareness. As though your presence begins to extend beyond the usual boundaries of the body. Like fragrance, like perfume moving through the room, or light slowly spreading outward. No effort, just noticing. And now bring your awareness to your breathing. Observe it, breathing in and out, in and out. It's automatic, effortless, always happening. And this is important because what happens automatically is not a problem. What matters is whether it remains unconscious or becomes available to your awareness. The moment awareness touches something automatic, change becomes possible. And now imagine something simple. Imagine that your awareness is like light, as though your presence could radiate like light. Perhaps through your eyes, perhaps through your whole being. And whatever you are looking at, gently illuminate it. Even though closed eyes illuminate whatever enters your awareness, whatever you think about, whatever you notice. Yes, like maybe Superman or any superhero who is using this light coming out of his eyes. And allow that light, your awareness, your presence, to begin expanding into the space around you, filling the room quietly, naturally. As you breathe, imagine you are breathing that light in. Every inhale brings the light inside of you, drawing clarity into yourself. And with every exhale expanding even further. And now, as you continue breathing, add something. Imagine that your breathing produces a gentle sound, a soft breath, a quiet inner whooshing sound, just as breathing naturally does. And now in your mind, turn up the volume of that sound. Just a little at first, and more. Let the sound of your breathing become clearer, stronger, more present. And now allow that sound to become loud enough to cover the volume of your involuntary thoughts. You know, the thoughts that you don't control. Yes. As those it's the sound of your breathing gently moves in front of them, covering them, softening them, replacing them. Not by force, simply because you choose to place your attention there. You may already have experienced something like this before, the moment when the sound becomes so absorbing that the thought naturally steps aside. So let the sound of your breathing become that, your anchor, your inner current. And as the sound continues, notice how your awareness becomes sharper. Like the kind of alert stillness that happens when you hear a solar sound, and suddenly become completely attentive, listening, present, aware, calm, steady, expand it, and continue radiating, continue listening to your breathing in imagination. Continue feeling yourself fully here, fully present, while at the same time becoming wider in awareness. If needed, briefly open and close your eyes, just to anchor yourself even more in the present moment. And notice this the pleasant sound of your breathing continues by itself. You started it and now it continues, covering involuntary thoughts exactly as intended. And as that happens, you become quieter, more grounded, more present, more open. And now keep your attention on everything around you. Even if your eyes are closed, even if you are wearing headphones, because your awareness can fill the space around you. See or imagine, even though closed eyelids. Listen to the world around you. Listen also to the calm within you. Feel yourself breathing consciously, peacefully. And if you wish, let your awareness gently move through the space around you, observing what is there, with your eyes open or in imagination. Either way is perfectly fine. And if it helps, you may quietly describe to yourself what you perceive. Or even say it softly out loud. For example, I see the chair in front of me. You can't say it out loud. Go ahead. Anything that is in front of you. My attention goes toward that chair. But the presence of the chair also comes towards me, so that I can perceive it. And if you think about it, that means that there is a connection, as though awareness creates a meeting between what observes and what is observed. As though your light and its presence meet somewhere in between. And you have been breathing light for some time now, remember? The light that is everywhere in life. The light you breathe out. So maybe with each breath you begin to feel that what you observe is also present within your experience. Because the space between things may be less separate than it first appears. Air fills that space. Light fills that space. Awareness fills that space. Even if you do not usually notice it, and so, just explore like that for a moment, quietly, naturally. If your eyes are open, let your gaze move gently, without effort, without searching, and simply allow impressions to come. No need for a long explanation, just impressions. Perhaps you notice a plant. Or perhaps you think it is alive too. It knows day from night, summer from winter. Perhaps it senses presence too. Perhaps it its presence reaches me just as mine reaches it. And if that feels strange, that is perfectly fine. Simply notice what comes. The point is not to explain, only to experience connection, to notice relationship, to allow awareness to become wider than ordinary thinking. And continue like that for a moment. While I keep speaking with you, because what you are expanding right now is your presence. And perhaps you have already had that curious experience when someone turns around in the street even though they did not see you. And somehow something connected. So continue noticing your surrounding, your presence, the space between things, and the sense that awareness is larger than you may have imagined. And as you continue, also become also begin noticing yourself, the responses of your body, its small movements, its reactions, and if you wish, quietly make simple observations to yourself. Very simple, like, oh, my finger moved. Oh, that happened by itself. And yet, even if something seems automatic, it is still you. Even if your finger twitches on its own, it is still your deeper self expressing something. Even if a movement happens without conscious planning, it still belongs to you. Because automatic does not mean separate. And conscious does not mean foreign. It is still part of you, still your being, still your inner life expressing itself. So begin thinking of yourself differently now, not as separate parts, not as one conscious self here and something else hidden, somewhere else, but as one whole being, inner and outer, visible and invisible, conscious and automatic, one unified self. And if you wish, offer yourself a few calming words, whatever feels right, simple words, kind words, words that help, like I am calm, I am safe, I am steady, I trust myself, I can do this. Or whatever naturally feels good for you. And now, as your awareness already fills the room, allow it to expand even further. Imagine a movement outward, a gesture of extension, like a sower scattering seeds into open space. And you extend your presence, your awareness, your light further outward, in all direction, and if it feels right, allow your posture to lengthen slightly, as though something in you naturally rises upward toward openness, toward space, toward light, while at the same time another part of you becomes more grounded, more rooted, more connected, downward, stable, steady, anchored. And now, if you're able to stand comfortably, and if it feels right for you, you may gently stand up.
unknownYeah, yeah, go, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00For real. Slowly. Awareness fully present, eyes open or closed. If it's the first time, maybe you you may close them. Whichever feels natural. And if you prefer to remain seated or lying down, that is perfectly fine. You can imagine the same experience just as vividly. So whether physically or in imagination, begin to sense your legs, your connection with the ground beneath you. And imagine that connection deepening, as though your legs extend downward, further, deeper. Merging with the earth, rooted, steady, strong. Now at the same time, allow another movement, an upward movement, as though something in you naturally rises, expands, lengthens, growing upward toward openness, toward the sky, toward light, both at once, deeply rooted and beautifully rising, stable, like a century tree. You can see, feel like a tree. And you may let your arms open slightly, naturally, as though your whole posture were becoming more available, more open, more receptive. And if your body wishes to move, gently sway. Let it happen softly, naturally, like a living thing responding to invisible currents. As though awareness itself were moving through you. And now, allow yourself to draw closer to your greater consciousness, your wider awareness, the part of you that sees more, feels more, knows more, without effort, simply by opening. Connected to birth, open to light, and with every breath, feel light entering you again and again. Even when you are no longer consciously thinking about it, because breathing continues, awareness continues. So just enjoy this moment. Let yourself experience it. Now take a deep slow breath and gently let it go even more slowly. And notice the feeling. Notice whatever comes into awareness. Because that expression is interesting, isn't it? What comes into awareness? And where does it come from? So feel your muscles, your body, your balance, the air around you, the silence within you, and allow the light to intensify, expanding around you, growing with each breath. And if your body wishes to move, let it move, as though carried by subtle currents, like seaweed moving in a powerful river or a living current in the ocean. Support it, floating, alive. Because now it is time to open the door to imagination and allow something else to merge. To emerge. Yes, now is the moment. Stay calm, stay open, and if needed, anchor yourself in your breathing. Keep its rhythm because we are about to begin the therapeutic work. And now bring to mind the issue that led you to begin this experience with me. Whatever have been has been troubling you, whatever you would like to change, take a moment. Good. And now we are going to look for what causes it, what creates it, what keeps it there. Do not worry. This is all about sensations. If simply thinking about the problem creates discomfort, that is perfectly understandable. That is not what we are looking for. Instead, look beyond the discomfort, toward what produces it. For example, if you often find yourself in conflict with someone, feeling upset is natural. Most people do not enjoy conflict. So rather than focusing on the unpleasant feeling itself, invite the deeper cause of those repeated conflicts to reveal itself. Or if you wanted to stop a habit, the problem is not your decision to change. The problem is what keeps preventing the change. If sleep has become difficult, the problem is not that you dislike being tired. The question is what keeps that pattern in place? So now quietly ask within why is this here? What creates this? What keeps my problem happening? What is behind the discomfort? And then become immediately attentive to what happens inside you. A sensation, a shift, an emotion, a fleeting impression, a strange image, anything at all. And because these things sometimes appear very briefly, if it disappears quickly, ask again, what is causing my problem? Bring the issue gently back to mind, just enough for the impression to return. And as it returns, be ready to notice it. Catch it. Locate it. Observe it. Because what you are looking for may not arrive as an explanation, it may come as something else entirely. And that is exactly right. This is a little like inner archaeology. Sometimes what we seek is right on the surface. Obvious, immediate. And sometimes we need to dig a little deeper. So once again, bring your attention to the issue and then ask, Why is this here? Why am I stuck on this issue? And immediately notice what you feel. Trust your intuition. What comes? Perhaps only a sensation somewhere in your body. Perhaps something unusual. Perhaps something that makes no logical sense at all. Perfect. Because it can be anything, especially something strange, in fact. Especially if it seems strange, perhaps a forest appears, a shape, a color, a place. And your logical mind may say that makes no sense. That cannot be related. And if that happens, do not reject it. Stay with the first impression. Because the first spontaneous impression often matters most. So what appeared? Tell me, you can say it outline, out loud. What brushed across your awareness? What did you feel? Do not worry if words are difficult. Imagine I do not speak your language. Then show me instead if this thing had a shape, what shape would it be? If it had a color, what color? If it had texture, a weight, a size, what is it? If you could touch it, what would it feel like? Is it smooth? Is it rough? Is it soft? Is it hard? Does it move? Does it seem alive? Is it inside you, inside your body, or outside? In front of you? On the right side, on the left side. And if you do not know, imagine. Because nothing emerges randomly in symbolic work. Because if something in your life is creating this issue, then something within you, deep within your deeper inner world, is organizing that experience. It is a symbolic work. When something spontaneously appears, we call that a symbol. A symbol is not the whole story. It is a surface expression, a visible representation, a meaningful form your deeper mind creates to show something much larger. Because everything that had shaped you, had shaped your experiences, your emotional history, your protective patterns, things learned long ago, all of that is far too vast to grasp at all all at once in logical thought. So instead, your deeper mind, your deeper mind offers you something simpler, a symbolic representation, an image, a sensation, a form, something you can actually work with. And that is enough. More than enough. So now, looking at what has appeared, ask yourself something simple. What do I want to do with this? And notice your immediate instinct, your first natural response. Do you want to keep it or heal it? Do you want to transform it? So it becomes something positive for you? Or would you rather remove it completely, destroy it, send it far away, release it, whatever feels right. If the symbol is inside you and you wish to remove it, begin by taking it out. Yes. As though it were physically real. Yeah, yeah, like you are taking away, I don't know, a ball from inside your stomach, or you imagine you're using your hand and do it. Pull it, push it, lift it out. Use your hand, if you wish. Move your body, interact with it. As you are doing a virtual experience, virtual reality experience. This is real. Interact with it as though it truly exists. Because in your inner experience, it does. It has been affecting you, and the brain doesn't see any difference with that. So it is real enough to work with. You may breathe onto it, send light into it, loosen it, detach it, whatever naturally comes. And if instead you would rather transform it than do that, perhaps make it transparent, lighter, clear, healthy, full of light. Perhaps reshape it completely. Mold it in your hands like clay, like warm dough. Change its form, its meaning, its energy. Or perhaps turn it into something entirely different, a seed, a plant, and plant it deeply. So that once carried a suffering becoming something living, protective, me beautiful, strong, perhaps a tree or flowers, or something entirely your own. Or perhaps you prefer something more dramatic, send it away, far away, launch it into the sky, into the stars, beyond your world entirely. Whatever brings relief, whatever feels right, whatever makes you smile, and as you do this, do it fully. As though it were happening for real. Move, use your gestures, use your body. Because when the symbolic experience becomes physically embodied, your emotional system responds accordingly. So go all the way, one hundred percent. Do what feels necessary, do what feels healing, and continue. And then do you gentle you genuinely feel different, better, lighter, freer. Take your time. I'll be quiet for a moment. Moment while you work. And now, if you choose to destroy the old symbol or break it apart, or send it far away, take a moment to check something. Where are the remains? If everything has completely disappeared, perfect. If you transformed it into something positive, that is perfect too. And if you broke it into pieces and or buried it, make sure of one important thing. Everything must be behind you. Physically behind you, behind your back, not beside you, not in front of you, behind you. Use your hands, put it in the past, behind you. So if anything remains in your present space, which means in front of you, move it now. Put it behind you, like you are throwing the trash behind you. Or erase it completely. As though it simply dissolves. Gone. Clear. Clear. Good. Now, bring your attention back to the exact place where the symbol used to be, the place where it was before, inside you especially, or around you, whatever it had been, and notice. How does that place feel now? If you transform the symbol, does everything feel right? Healthy, comfortable, good for you? And if you removed it completely, does that exact area feel healthy? Whole? Balanced? Or does something there still need attention? Trust her first instinct. Do whatever feels right. Perhaps simply place your hands there and restore restore comfort, warmth, wholeness. Put some light. Put a healing cream. Imagine any tool, any mean to heal that space, strengthening it, protecting it, healing what may have been wounded, reassuring what needs reassurance. Use your hands. Offer them simple comforting words, kind words, steadying words, whatever naturally feels right. Take your time. And once everything feels complete, notice something important. You now understand this process. You have learned how to do this. This is no longer simply something guided from outside. It is now a skill available within you, a way of consciously working with what lives in your inner symbolic world. And whenever needed, you can return to this process. Because that, what you have done here, is simple yet powerful. By expanding your awareness, you made inner patterns accessible, flexible, changeable. Something that could be observed, touched, reshaped, and then transformed in the direction that serves you best in your own way, at your own pace, exactly as needed for today. And when this experience comes to an end, everything will naturally settle again, become stable again, solid again, except now in the new form you have created, the healthier form, the more aligned form, and you know that. So whenever something in life begins to feel blocked again, you can return here, expand awareness, breathe, ground yourself, become both deeply present and beautifully expensive. Allow what needs attention to reveal itself and then work with it directly. And when you're ready, there is nothing else you need to do except return fully to your life, because the final step is simply to live from what has changed. Return fully present, alive. And whenever whenever something stands in your way, you now know how to change it. Have a good day and be proud of yourself. You did a very good work. Bye.
