She has been one of the most beautiful lights in my world. She has been a coach for over a decade. I was honored to meet her in Kathy Heller's community. She is very, very passionate and when she starts speaking, you'll understand it yourself about helping women move beyond the burnout, beyond people pleasing, getting rid of the self-doubt and getting a really clear and confidence and making an impact in what you're doing. Without sacrificing your soul and the process. You guys, she is so, so compassionate and trained and so many things. I'm gonna let her, just speak from here. Welcome friend. How are you? It is such an honor and thank you. Thank you, thank you. That was so beautiful. In regards to. This journey, it has been a path and each part of my journey, I look back and one opportunity has led me to the next, to arrive in the present moment. I have to say that this chapter is the best chapter of my life. Heck yes. Ah, yes. Do you wanna give them a little back history she has so many degrees, she has learned really, truly just how to connect the mind, body, and soul and just truly tap into that energy. However, she has had an experience in her life and, I think we bond over this. Are you comfortable sharing a little bit about that? Sure. Looking back in reflection, I was at the peak to give some context to your audience out of school. I worked for an event marketing company for many years and got to travel around the US and really got to just start to step into who I was becoming. And unfortunately the owner of the company had gotten ill, and it was the first opportunity in my life to really pivot. And from that place, I'm like, okay, what is the next right aligned step? And from that place, sales has always been my superpower. Connection, building rapport, so. I had always my fascination growing up. I was a really good gymnast. Yet through that, that really built, you know, as a young child, my tenacity, my vigor, fall down, get back up quickly and learn from falling down. Yeah. And what can I do? And get back on the floor, get back on the beam, and that really. Gave me the foundation to who I was becoming. And you know, after I had made the decision that it was time to move on to what was next. I interviewed with two companies in pharmaceuticals and I, at that point, I didn't want to be just a number. So I opted to go with the smaller biotech company and planted my flag and really stepped in and quickly was able to utilize my superpowers and be able to step into different opportunities with that company. I started in primary care and I did really well, and then I was promoted into specialty, which allowed me to broaden the horizons of what I was doing and the messages I was delivering. And then, um, that company got acquired three times and each time I, my number was never called, so I was kept and I moved along with the different companies. Wow. For quite some years down that path. Yeah. And then it became a point in time that I had to make a decision and that first company that I interviewed where they gave me the number 4 1, 2 0 5, I was like, okay, let's reconsider. So I spent numerous years with that company and then at that point I had my second child. And looking back, I am forever grateful as I have two miracle children that were conceived through IVF two boys. They are my y they're the love of my life. And it was at that point that, and I was so blessed. We had a beautiful, woman that supported both my husband and I for seven years. She lived with us. And it was at that point, I'm like, this is the next pivot. Mm. And from that point, um, I had really made the decision that I was going to step away and I was gonna be home with the children. And then as, um, it's thought of the Dark Knight of the Soul, I realized like, what did I do? In stepping away from something that brought me so much joy and diversity and allowed me to use my skills to step in to a world that was very unknown to me. Although I had started to develop and build my skills as I had grown, yet I was thrown into this world I really didn't know anything about, and it was. The first time I really experienced, and at that point too, my grandmother had passed away my, shortly after my grandfather had passed away. And it really gave me, you know, the opportunity to sit like, what is next in this pivot? Yeah. And from that place, um, a soccer dad was walking across social media and I texted him, I'm like, what are you doing? He's like, let me come over. So. He mixed my husband and I up some shakes, and that was the next pivot for me. So I stepped in as I shared, I always, you know, I have this passion for medicine, yet I didn't go to medical school and I stepped into pharmaceutical sales, which was beautiful. Yet health and wellness was the next right move. So I stepped in and I had a lot of success and I built to the top of four companies. Ooh. That's an order. Two companies in. I had randomly taken, a ride down to go to Trader Joe's and I was walking out of Trader Joe's and walking across a crosswalk and I made a left and a car hit me, not the car. And it was from that place that, um, I really. I had to take some time and multiple things happened in my body and I explored with a lot of medical interventions that I really felt it was leading me down a path that was just a continuous process. And I'm like, what did Tony Robbins teach me? He taught me when something's not working, you get resourceful. And from that place you pivot. Two millimeters. So I'm like, I am not going for another surgery. And that's, you know, throughout that time, like things really started to shift in the way the other school of medicine was perceiving and looking at things. And my husband is also, in the medical field, In a specialty biotech company and he was very opposed to my thoughts. Yeah. And I knew, I said, I have to make a decision. This is my body. I've had enough. And I had to start to get really curious and slow down. And from that place I found one of my mentors work, Dr. Joe Dispenza. So powerful. Yeah. And I stepped in to really get curious because even looking back when I stepped into the work, like little miracles were happening, but I was seeing, and it gave me belief that through that work with other modalities that I could do it. And I am not the four minute mile. It has taken me time, but every little step has been the next step in the right path. And through that. I had really in building, you know, in four different organizations, I had really started to feel into like my, I started to hear the message after that accident and my hair self kept saying, you are met for more. Yeah. And then the more in tuned I got with my meditation practice. And the more that I started to really, as Kathy Heller would say, turn up that dial on the receiver. Yeah. That these downloads started to come to me and it was at that point that I stepped into get additional certification. So my first certification was in nutrition, which was a natural step. Yeah, based on the fact that I was building in health and wellness and it was a nice addition to what I had done.'cause being in pharmaceuticals and especially as you progress and you're in specialty, no joke, it is like going to medical school. It is bootcamp. Yes. You get sent away and it's all these simulations you're trained on every single different sales modality. It's really like a being away for a month. They take you away for a month, you're in immersion. If you get tested, you come home, you go back. So it was really interesting at that place that. I had the opportunity to like tap in. What did that mean? So I got certified in nutrition and then I really realized what I loved about building wasn't so much about what I was doing. It was about working and empowering women to break through the noise that they were hearing. The blocks. Yeah. And it started, and I helped thousands of women to release weight and. To really call in, like what was the best version of themselves. And then one thing led to another and I'm like, I wanna learn more about psychology. So that's when I stepped in. I got certified in neurolinguistic programming, which just added another dimension that when I was seeing, uh, when you're building in that space, it's often, called like the doubt dip. So people will come in. Yeah. And they'll be all gung ho and oftentimes you are not used to rejection or people saying no. And the more that I learned and grew in my, waking up and, who I was becoming, the more that I had the capacity to extend the aperture to speak life and just hold space. So I got certified in NLP and then the world, just, shut down. Yeah. And it was so interesting to have built my skill to that level and just see what was surfacing for the women I cared and loved around me, and being able to support the women on my team. Up to that very point, I have always, always had coaching, always had mentorship in whatever I've done. It doesn't matter. When I was in gymnastics, I had a coach that worked with me. When I stepped in and you know, entered into the unknown, I had somebody guiding the path. When I stepped into corporate, I worked with a coach so that I. My motives were very different when I was in pharmaceuticals. That's how I remained top 1% for 15 years, and over the course of time, never dropped. Even going out on maternity leave with two children below 3%, and that was because it all like. Or putting the pieces together. Yes, it all started as a very young child yet. Mm-hmm. Again, the world had shut down and I was always very much coached and I appreciate up to that point. I was very much in a very, dominant masculine field that was go, go, go and hustle. Hustle and grind. Yeah. I wanna ask you a question real fast. Sure. Um, when you. Had that moment of the car hitting you, have you always been an intuitive person? Have you always had these realizations? Yes, and I wasn't as like the radio wasn't tuned up. Yeah. It's through my growth and evolution that it has evolved and it just keeps getting fine tuned. And that's actually, I'm really glad you said that because I think that we all have it in us. A lot of times it takes something to, I don't wanna say we, to cause us pain, but it usually takes an awakening experience of something to happen for us to stop and just like, I call it the inner spark. And it was like your inner spark of like, I, I had all this stuff. And even with your husband doing it, you are not degrading him. You're just saying now I'm looking at the world differently and I can feel and hear and see life a whole new way. And in reflection back to you. When that first happened, I was like. I didn't know about nervous system regulation. Yeah. And I was like mad at the world. I was angry. I was like, mm-hmm. My world, like I was at the top of my game. I had built a multi multimillion dollar book of business and I didn't know in the moment because right after the accident, 10 days later, if it wasn't bad enough, I get hit by a car. I got MRSA and I wound up in the hospital. Yeah. And. It was just awful for like three months, and it really took me three months to step in and realize the words of wisdom that Tony Robbins poured into me. That life is always happening for you, not to you. And it was from that place that I started to hear those messages made for more. And I'm like, what does that mean? What does that look like? And the more that I stepped into Dr. Jo Spencer's work, it really allowed me to start to tune into what's next? And it tuned me in. Although now looking back, I think I've always manifested through my life. Yeah. Yet. By stepping into that work, it really has allowed me to cultivate a practice that when you set a clear intention and you tie it with elevated emotions that some things take much longer to manifest in the here and now. Yet, with that being said, I truly believe that you can manifest all infinite possibilities. Hmm. In the present moment. I hope everybody took that little piece and re-listened to it a hundred times.'cause that right there is so, so powerful and I've got to experience, one of your little sessions and it's truly life changing. I think you're, I mean, I can relate to you because of my experience of I had something Stop my life and, you know, medical as well. And then you start feeling these openings and same as you, we've always been coached. I think that comes in good and a little off because the good thing about it is we're lifelong learners. There are some people that are just okay being unhappy and settling with that, and I don't know if it's like the competitiveness of like starting young or if it's just we're born with it or how we get that, but it's like the drive to keep going and keep finding purpose. That's like I was competitive when I was in artistic figure skating and then you were competitive in gymnastics and we've always had a coach or something like going, if that makes sense. Does that make sense to you? Like it absolutely makes sense. Yeah. And it's through that intention that you are really able to continue. Like there's not a day that goes by. I will forever be a lifelong learner. Yeah. I was speaking into, you know, the world shut down and it was at that point, it was like the next moment that I really knew I wanted to step in. I've always been in my masculine and it was always go, go, go. Yeah. And I started along with hearing the message made for more. I knew at that place that. I wanted to embody a different version of me and to embody a different version of me, I needed to find somebody that was ahead of me that could guide me down that path. Yeah. And that's when I stepped into, I wanna say the most important certification that I hold, which is an ICM. Which is the program accredited by ICF, which I went on to get my ICF certification, but I'm a gold level practitioner and it was that certification in two and a half years with that coach that really woke me up to who I am at an essence level and that from that place, it's really allowed this chapter for me to step into this chapter and it be the best chapter of my life. In so many ways. Oh, yes. For anybody who's not familiar with that, will you tell them what that means? Can you clarify what you want me to break down? So like your certification and your coaching that you have, can you tell them like, as far as what that means? Sure. I'd love to, reflect back to your audience. The certification that I received. The coach that I worked with, this was 20 years of her life's work, and she's a psychotherapist, a spiritual psychologist. Yeah. And the reason, and now looking back, like when I was coaching, when I was building those businesses, and that's why, you know, with what Casey read, it's been so long yet. I was a good coach when I stepped into that program because of the dynamics and the methodology. Mm-hmm. It, the two levels that I was taught when I was surrounded, in the things I was immersed in are two levels. So it was mindset and behavioral. When I stepped in to get my ICF certification, ICM certification, it goes five layers deep, so it's somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral. Unconscious work. And then when you are utilizing and you're really tuned into what's gonna serve the person in the moment, and I'm never working all five levels yet. What I am doing and why I am so effective as a coach is I'm always weaving through awareness. So holding space, asking powerful questions, reflecting back. Then from that place I'm moving through and whatever is most present on life for a client, I am bringing awareness to that. Yeah. And then perhaps weaving in, whether it's Byron Katie's work or it's work that I was trained in under the University of Santa Monica, so I'm really able to break through the block blocks. And sometimes it doesn't happen overnight. It depends the depth of what somebody's holding and storing in their body. And then from that lens, it's always aligned to action. So I'm always moving through that process, and that is the power of the work that I get trained in. And the more that I step in and I will continuously learn, although I'm not enrolled in that program, I'm going back on my own. Mm-hmm. And redoing the pro, you know, the program on my own because it just deepens my ability to become an extraordinary coach. Ah, I think that's why you are just so powerful and so amazing. Most people aren't aware or they need someone like you to coach them to be able to connect everything, and they're not even aware of everything out there, if that makes sense. Like how to bring things together and even like. The mind, the body, the spirit, like everything in one, connecting, all the alignment in one. There's so many people that just aren't aware of that, and it's where, to me, unconscious work coupled with somatic work is so profoundly powerful because when I'm utilizing one or the other, or perhaps both. Mm-hmm. Maybe weaving a little of both, is that oftentimes people will come. And it's surface level, yet by utilization of really tapping into what's not known. Yeah, through unconscious work and really bringing it in the body and using a little bit of NLP, whatever I feel might serve it becomes very intuitive that. That's what has allowed me to be doing the profound work that I'm doing in the world. And really just, to me, it's all about like coming from the lens of service. Mm-hmm. And how can I support, and from that place, it's just, that's where the magic tap in. And you're so right. So many people have just carried, and. Most oftentimes, if not all times, it's not something that has happened in the present moment. It's a suppressed memory that typically happens between, in my experience, between the age of two and maybe seven. Mm-hmm. Something that person has unconsciously blocked that let's say, you know, somebody comes to me and they want me to coach them on business strategy. It's that thing that's keeping them here because. They've not broke through that block at the root. Yes. And from that place, when they go to step in to cultivate a business, there are those blocks coming up and they don't even realize. Yeah. You're just so magical. You have so much within you and so much knowledge, and I love that you just share that you're continually working. To make yourself reconnected and aligned. And I mean it, as you said, it doesn't happen overnight and you are doing all these magical things and I have got to witness some of these through our conversations. And like you have had a big transformation do you wanna talk about manifestation transformation? Do you wanna talk about any of that? Oh, I'd love to share some reflections with your audience and if you are sitting here listening in to this episode, and you might be thinking to yourself that you want to manifest something in the present moment. I wanna share with you and give you the belief that it is so possible. And that, to me, and looking back when I really stepped in and through my growth, it was about, um, having the opportunity to really start to lean in and trust and surrender. As I started to lean in and trust and surrender, I got very clear, again with an intention and as if it was already done. So, for example, we sent our youngest off to NYU. He's going into his senior year. I'm so proud of him. Congrats. We made the decision that we were gonna go test out what it was like, and we did it the first year, just for a month. Being in Miami. So that year it was not what I looked like. We did it very last minute. We were not, it again, it wasn't the picture that I had been visualizing in my mind. Mm-hmm. And it came together very last minute. Nonetheless, when I was there, that's when I really started to tap into the power of manifestation in a new way that I had not been doing it before. Mm-hmm. So when I was there, I took the month and my like. Intention was that for my husband, the internet was fine. His three monitor, or four maybe at that point, I don't know, we're fine. That everything went well with him, that the house was fine, that both kids were fine. That was my intention. It wasn't about like really, anything else except for the fact that I learned in the process of manifestation in order for me to manifest. I need to clearly see it and if possible, I need to be a part of it. So what did I do with my extra time? I knew I wanted to be on the water. I knew there were a handful of buildings, so I made appointments and I got into units that were right on the water and then a little opposition came in and I was told, well, it's too early.'cause we were there in February. The first year they said, you gotta start reaching out in like August. So I'll never forget, it was like August 2nd and I was back in New Jersey where we reside, right now. And I started reaching out. And from that place I was very, very specific. This is what I'm looking for and we're starting to get all these comps sent to us. I'm like, no, that's not it. No, that's not it. This is what I am looking for. It doesn't have to be, you know, the 38th floor. It needs to be a higher floor. It needs to be facing the ocean. It needs to have two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room. So nonetheless, within like seven days, we get a message and that is the building that we currently reside. This will be our third year back in that building. But what gets better about this is I wrote out, it's part of the work that I do, and I wrote out this walking vision and I put in there exactly how it was gonna look.'cause you know, again, we're seeing pictures and I said, my office will be right by the window. Yes. And sure enough, when I walked in. It was like a mid floor. We were on floor 15 the first year, and, when I walked in my, I wouldn't even call it an office, but I had a table, but it was right facing these gorgeous, like, you know, multiple ways to go onto a balcony facing the ocean. Yeah. And then interestingly enough, we decided, well, we have a little. Doodle, who is my third son. And, uh, there were two not so nice dogs on our floor that really should not be in that building in all honesty, because it's not safe for everybody in that building. And one day they went to go attack the dog and I stuck my foot and like, luckily they just clawed, but it, I went down and I'm like, Uhuh, like, and I knew that we were not gonna be on 15 anymore. Yeah, so we, from being there, we established a group of friends who are amazing and I miss them, and one of them is a top realtor in Miami. So he worked with me. And then sure enough, from being in that building and I guess bringing my magic in my presence, I became friendly with the woman that oversee all the owners. And I expressed to her that I did not wanna be on that floor, although I had expressed a couple times while we were there during our. Three and a half months a day. And she worked with us. She really liked us and she got us in, and again, it was by sight because the people that own the unit didn't want people to come in when they were there. Yeah. So I got to see a picture and yet again, I'm like, okay, this is what it's gonna be and I'm gonna trust. So from that place, I really just put it out there that we were gonna get the bid for the apartment. Which is a unit that just got totally remodeled. That, again, same criteria that we had the years previous. And, nonetheless we've gotten that unit again for when we return in mid-January. That's just, it's incredible because you fully just trust. And I've seen that, that's actually when I was on the call with you when you were there last with the ocean view. Is that right? Yes. Yes. Yeah. And I was thinking, I did that workshop while I was in Miami. Yes. And I was thinking, oh my goodness, that looks like heaven to me. That would be my dream is to have a place like that. For you just to trust and to just go by like gut feelings and everything and tell them and just see a picture and be like, yes, this is the place that we're gonna go. I mean, that's really just a little tiny bit of the manifestation work that you do in your life. Yeah, and I wanna express too, that. When you start to tune in and you dial that receiver, you tune in and things start to come towards you. Yeah, and the more that I've stepped into it over the past two years. I have now experienced, I wanna say four different times where I've had quantum leaps that I've set an intention. I'm like, okay, why is this not very clear what it is? And shifted the outcome like in a very short period of time that one happened to be monetary. And you know, other times it's been like really drawing towards me what. And it's not always material like it could be, you know? Yeah. It, it could be anything. And that's why I say possibilities exist. Yeah. And they're in front of you. Anything is possible. Anything is possible, but it truly does. Like to me, manifestation is about surrendering and it is about trusting that it is already done. Yeah. Oh, that is so powerful. And just your quantum leaps those are huge. You have literally said things and just trusted and they're coming at you. You're not chasing anything like it's coming to you and you are a person that. So strong. I'm gonna put post a picture of you so people can just see who you are and like get, see the light up of your face. But you're just so strong in connecting within yourself and your body and everything, and trusting the image that you see, and everything just happens for you. It's like, you know, maybe some people would say like, good luck. There's no such thing. I mean, you can call it whatever you wanna call it, but your quantum leaping really like in manifesting all these wonderful things and everybody works so hard in their life and it's like the hustle, the grind, the chase, and you're setting back and all these beautiful things are just coming to you. And that's where it gets even more interesting. First, I want to reflect back to you. What you see in me is in you. Hmm. I just have, thank you. Been at this and I keep refining, so that's what's allowed me, like this took a lot of work. Like it didn't again happen overnight. Oh yeah. That I started to experience quantum leaps. Yet from that place, I really do truly believe that. When we get very clear and when something, this is equally as important as what has manifested mm-hmm. Is when we think that something's not manifesting, it's about getting really quiet and tuning in, and then you realize you miss the bread crumbs. Yes. Yeah. And those breadcrumbs Yeah. Are the things that bring those infinite possibilities. And even me, recently I experienced that and then that's when I had this next s quantum leap.'cause I slowed down. I really took the time to just be with what was coming up. Mm-hmm. And I was not focusing on the breadcrumbs. Ah, yes. That's like the juiciness of all this. It's like. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I get so excited when you talk about that because yeah, it's not overnight work. You have been doing so much to heal yourself. You have so many certifications, but you also know how to truly connect and then you can coach these things to people and you can see through people. I truly believe when you guys have, if you walk in a room. People can feel your presence. When you're on a call, people can feel your presence because you have this like the confidence, but not even just like the confidence, but people glow with energy. You can, it's like around them, you, if that makes sense. Like you just shine so bright in a room and you bring calmness and peace, but at the same time, you are so powerful in the work you're doing. You just said it. When I get quiet, people are missing the things because we're going so fast. We're not taking the time to stop and just truly listen and trust anything, and that is like something you're so good at and you coach on all of these wonderful things like yeah. I just, I can't even tell him how powerful you are through the screen. It's just like you have to be in your presence to understand it, to know to fill it, because there's so many little things, just through words you've said that have like about healing and just little things you've said to me, little comments and I'm like, oh, I receive that. Like, because you've done the work to yourself. You show us that it's possible. Thank you, my sweet friend, and know that, you know, if you are going through a healing journey and you're listening in on this, whenever that might be, again, my healing has not been the four minute mile. I can continue to step into some challenges that I'm having with my back. Yet I am so clear that over time. Mm-hmm. That I've made so many strides yet I'm coming up about something that I just need to address on September 4th. From that place I'm calling in like that, it's the next step in my progression in my healing. So if you're healing and you are not healing abracadabra, no, it takes time. This has been four years in the making. And again, my injuries. That are part of the old me. Were pretty severe. Yeah. Yet I have an, you know, I will share, I have an internal spinal cord stimulator since we've been in Miami. For the most part, it's been off 80% of the time. So again, it didn't happen overnight though. It happened over a progression of four years. So I wanna touch on that really fast because. Yes, you have that. And honestly, when you have went in and other things, you've talked about how you were after that, you're a blessing to be here. Like you have been through so much and recovered and. Yes, you need that spinal cord stimulator, but you're here with us today. Yeah. And again, through the healing, it's now off more than it's on. Yeah. And that's the beautiful thing. Yeah. That it intermittently will get turned on. Mm-hmm. Yet it's not something I am open to. At this point it's embedded. Like it would be a big, big, yeah. Procedure to have it so one, one step at a time, yet I don't know that I'll ever go that route, but I can easily turn it off like it's been, again, that's when I think it's powerful is that you're honest about that because you don't sugarcoat that you have that, I mean, you're like, I have this and. Because you've also seen the power of healing, and you've worked with some of the most, oh, powerful coaches out there, mentors, guides, whatever you wanna call'em, that you have seen miracles happen in front of you, and you know it's out there. Over and over and over again and mm-hmm. I'd love to reflect to your audience, like if you're in the position that you need a coach, I wanna share with you, it's really important to work with a skilled coach. I'm not saying that has to be me. Yeah. Yet to work with a coach that is certified or trauma informed. Mm-hmm. And that can hold space with safety and with presence. And if you are looking at a specific coach or a program. Please do your research. Mm-hmm. As you don't want to jump into a potential situation where somebody cannot support you and hold space with safety and then get triggered. And it's termed when you're talking about healing or trauma, that you go outside of your window. And I've seen it happen in a program. Mm-hmm. And although that's not me, I could witness it'cause I'm that well-trained. To see that people's were getting very deregulated when certain things that I won't even mention on this podcast were being spoken into. Yeah, so use caution. Really, you know, make sure that the person that you potentially want to work with is skilled. Do they know parts work? Are they trauma informed? Mm-hmm. Lots of variables in that. You wanna make sure that when you're stepping in to work with somebody that they can hold for you, inner and outer. Yeah. That's, that's the magic right there is you have been through it yourself. You have witnessed it and now you coach on all of this and you continue to keep having these quantum leaps and all these wonderful manifestations happen for you. Just to be able to like witness like a small portion of this is huge. I'm so honored that you asked me to be your guest. And I'd love to offer your audience. I have a, PDF that speaks into this called 10 Tips to Abundance, that's got one of my favorite short 15 minute meditations. Some really powerful prompts that go along with it to really lean in and to be able for your audience to call in. Whatever infinite possibilities they would like to call in. Yeah. And to anybody that's listening, and is called or in a place that they want to go from good to great to extraordinary. I will offer anybody that listens, offer the first three people that reach out. And I will keep, Casey, informed and I will offer you complimentary being of service, a 30 minute breakthrough call. Hmm. Thank you so much for doing that to these listeners, if you listen to this and listen to her voice, you'll hear the power and everything she says. And she speaks of service. You're just such an amazing, beautiful human. And I'll put that PDF in the show notes if that's okay. If you could tell them, so everybody's on different stages of their life. If you could tell them one thing to start today, what would you suggest? To really sit, like perhaps go out in in nature and take off your shoes ground and just allow yourself the gift of 10 minutes. Tune in, close your eyes, take a nice slow, deep breath into your heart space. Allow it to be there. Start to feel your heartbeat, and from that place, allow the aperture to expand and really. Call in an intention for yourself. What is next for you? What infinite possibilities do you want to call in? And from that place, really allow yourself to come out of that 10 minutes, that sacred space, that you next edge and take aligned action one step at a time. It's the biggest gift that you can give yourself in the present moment. That is so, so powerful. I could talk to you for hours and I wanna thank you for that because it just shows that you still do these things. Yeah. Every single day. Day every day. Yeah. I was like, every single day. Yes, I knew. And you put so much. Into who you are as a human being, a person, a mother, a wife, a friend. You are just so powerful and I just think you, um, if people wanna connect with you, where is the best place for them to find you? I'll leave it in the show notes, but, um, beautiful. A, across all platforms, I am Mindy Rosen. I-N-D-E-E-R-O-S-E-N. And on Facebook you will find I have three different accounts. So my name profile says, live Your more. Yes, I wanna Instagram, LinkedIn. Yeah. And I will also share if you would like, if you want, I can send you over my website. Yeah. And or people can, opt in for the PDF, which I promise is so valuable. I've gotten the best feedback on it that anybody that's tuned into it, it has been. That thing that's helped them get clarity to move forward. Oh, I can't wait to go check it out myself. And I thank you for offering that to them. You have offered so much and just the gift of you being here. Do you have any final parting words? I just wanna wish all of you, whoever hits play, I want to send this magic. Mm-hmm. And. By listening in on this episode to give you belief that it can happen for you too. Hmm. Oh wow. That was powerful. Thank you. I will leave all of her information in the show notes and yeah, go connect this. Conversation could go on forever and she could share, but you have to go find her and just see all the magic she has within her. I encourage you to go do that thing today.
