Hey friend! Welcome back to another Shower Sprinkle.
If you listened to last week's episode with my dear friend Christine Marcario, you know I had a big realization — I was caught in the hustle and had lost touch with what it means to truly play, rest, and give myself permission to just be.
This week, that realization went even deeper.
During a powerful breathwork and meditation session with my mentor Jennifer Liss, I did something I didn't expect — I drew a line in the sand. And I stepped over it.
On one side of that line? Worry. Doubt. Fear. Judgment. The need for permission from other people. Old stories I've been carrying way too long.
On the other side? My voice. My power. My joy. My permission to celebrate, create, help others, and have so much fun doing it.
In this Shower Sprinkle I'm talking about:
- Why you are the only one who can give yourself permission to live, dream, and grow
- What it felt like to draw that line and step over it during breathwork
- How we grow into new people and don't have to carry old versions of ourselves forward
- The reminder that wherever you are right now, you can pivot
- What I'm calling forward in my life — and the question I'm leaving with you
This week's challenge: Look in the mirror this morning and say it out loud — "Good morning, beautiful. I love you. You are magic." Then ask yourself: what am I stepping into? And what am I finally letting go of?
Reach out and tell me. I would love to hear what's on the other side of your line.

I drew a line in the sand this week, and everything on the other side of it is mine Hey, friends. Welcome to the Inner Spark Podcast. I'm your host, Casey Peyton. If you're looking to hear stories of transformation and personal growth, this podcast is for you. My guest and I will be sharing those sparking moments that has changed them into living a more fulfilling, authentic life. I'm so excited for you to hear each unique story. So sit back, relax, and let's get started. Hey, friends. Welcome back to the Under Spark podcast. I'm your host, Casey Tatem. This is a shower sprinkle on just really permission to play, to have fun, and really to know that you don't need permission from anybody else, that you're giving yourself that permission. If you listened to last week's podcast, my friend Christine Marcario came on, and I was realizing how much I was caught in the hustle, and we were talking about playing and having fun, and that's really been what this... my journey's been about. Really just stepping into who am I? What do I stand for? What do I love? And then also the fun part is realizing that I can release the things that I no longer stand for, that we all grow in life. We all make those little pivots and turns, and you don't have to carry those with you anymore. This is really just the reminder to give yourself permission to let those things go. We don't have to hold on. As we grow, we become new people. We change. We step into our power. I feel like I'm claiming my power. I'm finding my voice. I'm learning that I wanna have fun. I wanna live in fun, that I love to celebrate the heck out of people, that I love to help people. And doing all that to myself is just as important. Celebrating myself, continuing to grow myself, that's just as important as anything I do. And I've really been working this week. One of my mentors, Jennifer Less, she's just, she's pure magic. We joke that we are all unicorns in there because everybody's uniquely different, and it's just so cool when you start learning that you can be different, and it's okay to be different, and it's okay to step out of that path, those old themes that were holding us back. And today, we did a meditation, and it was really just, drawing that line in the sand and letting all the things, maybe it's worry, doubt, fear, judgment, the list could go on and on, whatever yours are, is... And then drawing a line in the sand. And as she was leading us through this powerful breathwork session you're just letting those things, like mine were washing away. I crossed that line. I drew a big line in the sand. I stepped over that line, and I felt my body claiming my power that I get to speak my voice, and I get to use my voice to do the best things in the world and to help others and to celebrate and to, just create. And that's what I'm here to do and to have fun And I let all those things that I would use to pride myself on, just proving people right or being fearful of what someone may say or the judgments. It's all stepping into the new you, and this is really just a reminder that wherever you are, you can pivot in life. If you're feeling stuck, do something about it. Make a change. Make that pivot. Give yourself permission to have so much freaking fun. And that's where I kept getting stuck is like I was going that I needed permission from other people, and the thing is I, Casey, am the only one that can give myself permission to do any of those things, to have fun, to live, to dream, to be delusional. I am the only one that can give myself permission to do that. And you, my friend, you're the only one that can do that for yourself. You're the only one that can look up and say, "Good morning, beautiful." Look in the mirror and see it. I love you. You're magic You're a gift to this world And you get to say that and look in the mirror and say it to yourself. And then get up. If you need to do a visualization or make a pivot in your life, start doing it and letting all of the things that we're holding onto, let them all go. We are now free. Free to be authentically us. Free to step into whatever energy you want to Free to surround yourself by whatever you want to, whatever that looks like for you. I love to surround myself by water, and I love to see the beautiful flowers, and I love to just get curious What are you stepping into? What are you calling forward in your life? And what are the things that you're letting go of I would love to know Thank you for tuning in to another episode. I hope today's story inspired you to embrace your own journey of growth and change.
