Sincerely... how are you feeling?

I went through many years unable to feel. Somewhere along the line, I learned that feelings and emotions were too big and scary, so I shut them down, eventually landing on alcohol as the #1 means to do so.Thank you so much for listening, I really appreciate the support! 

However, as I got sober and turned to recovery, I learned to process emotions regularly so they do not build up and become a) a tidal wave that leaves me unable to function for a day or two, or b) a physical manifestation that won’t easily resolve.
