With nearly 20 years of professional experience in both line roles and consulting, I bring a strong background in leading multicultural teams across global projects, matrix structures, and flat hierarchies. For the past decade, I’ve acted as a translator and bridge-builder between business and IT, decision-makers and those impacted by change. I have led major transformation initiatives and driven internal organizational development. My key insight: the success of any project hinges on clear communication and meaningful stakeholder engagement. Over time, I’ve increasingly focused on organizational development, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Coaching and empowering teams and individuals in complex environments has always been a core part of my work.
