You don't have to escape your body to find peace, you just have to return to it. That's where presence begins. Not in some mountaintop silence, but in the soles of your feet, the stretch of your spine, the rhythm of your breath. Good morning, friend. Grab your coffee, take a breath, and know that this space is for you. Welcome to EMBR Mornings where we breathe with intention, reflect with presence, and come home to what's already within. Think of a time when you weren't performing, you were just being. Maybe walking through a quiet neighborhood, swaying to the music while you were cleaning. Feeling the water hit your shoulders in the shower and realizing you were finally actually here. Not striving. Not hiding, just presence in motion. Presence doesn't require stillness. It requires surrender, to feel your body instead of ignoring it, to move with intention instead of urgency. And to let your breath guide you back to center. Your body isn't something to escape.
