Small courage counts. You don't have to be loud to be brave. You don't have to leap to move forward. Sometimes the bravest thing is the honest thing, the small thing, the true thing. Welcome to EMBR Mornings, your daily fresh breath of presence, courage, and inner clarity. This morning we lean into courage that lives within the presence. Today's mantra: do one brave thing. Bravery isn't always loud, and sometimes it's the quiet click of a sent email. A gentle boundary spoken out loud. A whispered yes to something new. Small courage counts. For me, it was telling the first people about my dreams and what I truly wanted. I remember sitting in my accountability group that I go to Monday through Friday at 6:00 AM in the morning, and I told them. I know what I wanna do, but I'm afraid to share it because I don't want anyone to rain on my parade, I guess. And you know what they said, share it. This is a safe place. So that was the brave thing that I did, that led to this, the development of EMBR Mornings. Had I not said the brave thing, this wouldn't be here. Presence gives you access to your inner wisdom, and from that, you know what to do. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be true. So what's one brave thing you could do today that aligns with who you're becoming? It. It can be a step. It doesn't have to be a leap. It can be a little nudge. It doesn't have to be a shove. Let presence guide the courage, not pressure. Today, be brave in your own way. You don't need to announce it. Just live it. Until tomorrow. EMBR the courage, EMBR the truth, and EMBR the brave"yes!"
