Just because life picked up doesn't mean you have to push. The world might say you're back now, get going, but your soul might be whispering, not yet. This is your reminder. You're allowed to still be resting, to slow down again, to return to softness, even after movement has resumed. Welcome to EMBR Mornings, your Morning Return to Rhythm, to breath and to grace. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is still rest even after everything has started moving again. Today's mantra is say yes to rest again. When I was in college, I blew out my knee and had to have surgery. After surgery, my knee was fixed, but it definitely wasn't ready to get back on the court again. It required rehab, it required rest, and it required time. Think of a field that just started blooming. It doesn't rush to full bloom overnight. It honors the pace of growth, one day at a time. And so can you. Rest isn't something you earn, it's something you honor. Even in motion, you're allowed to pause, to breathe, to rest. Where have you been pushing when your soul is asking for softness again? What would it look like to give yourself permission again, not because you're weak, but because you're wise? Rest Again, you're not falling behind. You're listening in. Until tomorrow, EMBR the grace, EMBR the pause, and EMBR the wisdom.
