You are not behind, you're blooming. Let's shift something today. Not the schedule, not your circumstances, just the pressure. Because somewhere along the way, someone convinced us that we had to race to catch up with our own life. But what if you're not late? What if you're right on time for you? For your path, your body, your bloom. This is EMBR morning's, a sacred pause to return to presence, grace, and the truth that your body holds more wisdom than any calendar. Today's mantra is: You're not late to your life. A fruit tree doesn't bloom on command. It doesn't check with what the other trees are doing. It simply listens inward to the rhythm of the soil and the sun and the season. And then when it's ready, it blooms. So will you. Here I am at 45 years old and I have spent the majority of my life checking in on what others were doing, and gauging how successful I was. No wonder I was miserable. I always felt behind. I felt late to my life. Your timeline isn't broken. Comparison speeds you up, but you never get anywhere Faster. Presence brings you home. Your body already knows the pace. Sometimes it's the mind that forgets.Trust what's unfolding, not according to someone else's clock, but to the rhythm that you were born to follow. Where in your life have you been feeling late? What would shift if you trusted your timing not someone else's expectations? No one else gets to decide your pace. Your life isn't waiting to start. It's already happening. So walk it like it's yours. Live it like you're ready, because you are! EMBR the rhythm and the bloom and EMBR your time. I'll see you here tomorrow.
