Kimberly Hoyt: EMBR Mornings

How Quiet Mornings Change Everything! 7/31/25

Kimberly Hoyt

Stillness is strength, calm in the storm, rooted presence. In this EMBR Mornings reflection, we close July by exploring how the eye of a hurricane teaches us that true power comes from unmoving stillness, even as life swirls around us.

Today’s benefit: you’ll learn how anchoring in inner calm reduces anxiety, deepens resilience, and shapes your day with unshakeable peace—no pushing required.

✨ EMBR Mornings is a daily soul-centered reflection to help women return to who they truly are—grounded, beloved, and on purpose. Each brief episode offers a sacred pause to sip your coffee, breathe with intention, and remember the ember within.

You made it. Not by rushing, but by returning. Grab your coffee, take a breath, and let yourself feel the quiet power of arrival. This is EMBR Mornings, and on this final day of July, we come back to the truth that we've been building all month. Stillness isn't the absence of strength. It is strength. Today's mantra, and to close out the month. Stillness is strength. Think of a hurricane. Fierce winds whip in every direction. Chaos spins on the outside loud, relentless, and forceful, but at the very center, there's an opening, a stillness. The eye. Completely calm, unmoving clear. The storm doesn't touch it. It swirls around it, but the center holds. That stillness isn't weakness. It's what gives the storm its shape, its structure, its rhythm. You're allowed to be that kind of still, unmoved, rooted holding your ground while the world spins around you. That is strength. Stillness doesn't mean passivity. It means rootedness. Knowing. Unshakeable peace in the swirl. What have you learned this month about your own inner strength? Where have you seen your stillness become your power? Thank you for being here. Thank you for choosing presence, and thank you for EMBR-ing this journey. Until tomorrow EMBR the calm, the strength, and EMBR the next chapter. I'll see you in August.
