Good morning, friend. It's coffee time. Let's get centered and give yourself permission to grow today. Welcome to EMBR Mornings where we start with intention instead of urgency. This week has been all about alignment, and today's truth is simple, but not always easy. You are allowed to outgrow what once fit you perfectly. The thought of the day. You don't owe your old life an explanation. There was a version of me who could juggle everything, school, family, friends, sports, hustle, pressure, and still smile all the way through it. That version of me was celebrated. She got praise. She was productive. She was successful. But she was also deeply tired and chronically disconnected from herself. Now when I look back, I realize that the life that I had built was really built around others' expectations. Anyone relate? Am I the only one? And I was the only one who could give myself permission to leave it behind. Alignment doesn't require a breakdown. It just requires a decision. A decision to stop shrinking, to stop shrinking yourself for what you've already outgrown. You don't need permission. You are the permission. Today reflect on this. What are you still holding onto out of habit, not out of alignment. Is there a version of you you're afraid to leave behind? It can be really difficult to leave things behind. I, I was that person who was rewarded for achieving and that no longer serves me. I am not my achievements. I have some achievements, but that's not who I am, and there is that shift that has to take place and we have to let go of those limiting beliefs that hold us back. Today when you ask yourself this question, is there a version of you that you're afraid to leave behind? If you know who that is, maybe you need to write a note of gratitude to that version of yourself and let her go. Maybe you need to say thank you so much for what you did to get me to this point. I bless and release you. You are not meant to stay the same. We are meant to evolve, to grow, to expand, to elevate who we are, and you are meant to evolve. You are meant to change. You are meant to grow. Don't let yourself be stuck by those limiting beliefs and those old selves that may be holding you back. Let's EMBR the day ahead with courage, with compassion and the freedom to grow. See you tomorrow.
