Nutrition is the Key to Health, is a podcast about how our health is directly affected by what we eat.  My goal is to help others, to help themselves.  This is my journey of decades of eating the Standard American Diet and the outcomes it had on my health.   It is estimated that 75% of Americans are in a health crisis, are you one of those statistics? 

I am candid as I share my medical journey with you, and navigate the ins and outs of some very serious illnesses.  I hope I can just motivate a single individual to take that next step using nutrition to regain control and take their life back, regardless of the journey you choose.

Health and disease are like a freight train, you don’t know something is wrong until the train is out of control.  Instead, you tell yourself things like, “Getting old sucks”.  

Well, it doesn’t have to be that way.  You can make changes, no matter where you are in your journey.  The best change you can make is prevention.  When you do make those baby step changes, it is about progress and not perfection
