Preparing for the Holidays with IBS

Hi everyone- a quick but really important little message for you today. The holidays are coming… and if you live with IBS, you already know — it’s not just about food.
It’s the travel. The family dynamics. The comments about your plate.
The pressure to say yes to everything when your gut is whispering, please slow down.

This season can bring up so much stress and anticipation — and I want you to feel supported going into it, not bracing for it and then having to rebound for weeks or months.

So on November 12th at 12pm Eastern, I’m hosting a live workshop on Zoom called Preparing for the Holidays with IBS.

In this workshop, we’re going to:

  •   Build a holiday boundary plan you actually feel confident using
  •  Practice a gut–brain reset you can lean on in those hard moments
  •  Create a supportive strategy for food, family, and your nervous system
  •  And most importantly — remind your body it’s safe, you’re in charge, and you don’t have to push through or perform this year

This workshop will be about nourishing yourself, protecting your peace, and moving into the season grounded and supported — instead of just overwhelmed.

I would love for you to join me.

Again, it’s November 12th at 12pm Eastern on Zoom. — I’ll add you to the list of invitees if you email me at erin@healingheribs.com.

Bring a cup of tea, and let's create a holiday plan that’s specifically for You and that honors your gut and your needs.

You deserve a season filled with calm, comfort, and joy — not survival mode and stressing.

I can’t wait to see you there.
