ACOG's Payment in Practice provides scenarios for coding and billing for procedures typically performed by obstetrician-gynecologists directly from ACOG's Committee on Health Economics and Coding, or the CHEC. The CHEC Committee works to advocate for obstetrician-gynecologists and to ensure that physicians are paid fairly for their work.
