Trish holds certifications in breathwork coaching, Usui Holy Fire III Reiki, and trauma-informed practices. Her unique approach blends these modalities with shamanic wisdom and ancestral healing traditions.
She resides in southern Maryland, just outside of Washington DC, with her son, husband, and rescue dog, Max. Her daughter, a market research analyst and artist, lives in Newport, RI.
