Launching something new can bring up a LOT, even when you’re experienced, even when you know what you’re doing, and even when the launch is actually going well!
In this behind-the-scenes episode, I’m sharing the real mindset wobbles, fears and overthinking that came up for me while launching my brand-new membership, the Aligned AI Lab.
I talk about the fear of not being “expert enough,” the nervous-system stretch of launching something new, the decision to create a second membership, and the tiny details I found myself overthinking instead of focusing on what really mattered.
