Allow me to reintroduce myself my name is HOV! Well, actually our names are Jason and Casey Melvin. And we're documenting our process as we train for a half marathon this summer. As busy dads of young kids, time often slips by us. This podcast is a way for us to get intentional, connect more as brothers, and bring a deeper purpose to a family vacation at the beach.
