In today's episode we’re going to dive into Casey’s second week of training. He got some new gear as well. And we focus on his speed runs, his long run, and his bike ride to Coors field where he prospected a future running trail. We talk about tough mudders and how they don't count as real races. Then, Jason tells stories from the Vortex Ultra in Sedona where things went wrong and there were huge lessons to be learned.
