What are mindful miles? I have fun things in store for you. Now, this isn't going to be your regular run of the mill talk-show style podcast. This is going to be an experience. Where, as you're getting ready to go on your run, you tune in, set an intention with me, and I guide you through your recovery run that focuses on mindfulness practices, breathwork techniques and transforms these runs into moving meditation. I want to create something that you can look forward to on Mondays.
