In this episode we actually got into a bit of an argument! What role do genetics have to play and what can you do about it if yours aren't playing ball?! Is there anything you can do to improve it or do you just have to accept your limitations? Connor & Louis have two different perspectives!
We also talk about what to do when you literally don't have any time to workout and that's not even an excuse! We talk you through the steps you can take to find time or improve the time that you do have, and hint... it doesn't involve 7 hours on Tik Tok like one of our clients who said they didn't have the time!
Finishing off with a round of Pump or Dump, we give our verdict on calisthenics, treadmill desks, almond milk, taking vitamins, sugar free fizzy drinks and bread!
