 Is your morning setting you up for success or stress? How you start your day has a huge impact on your mind, energy, and overall well-being. But morning routines don’t have to be super complicated or time-consuming. In fact, a simple 5-minute ritual can be enough to shift your entire day in a positive direction. 

Here’s how my morning routine works: I wake up at 5:45 most mornings and start off with a glass of water. Then, I go straight into journaling to check in with myself and clear my mind. After that, I take a little bit of time to read. 

If you’re someone who doesn’t like the idea of a morning routine, I get it. But instead of a long routine, what if you were to try a simple and intentional 5-minute ritual? Especially if you wake up feeling overwhelmed or stressed, these 5 steps can help you feel more grounded and in control before your day even begins.
