When going through a custody battle, a "silver bullet" is when someone makes false allegations of domestic violence against their spouse to immediately remove them from the home and to start alienating the children against them.
I went through this ordeal in 2022 and now have 50% custody of my children and, more importantly, an extremely strong bond with them. This podcast contains stories of resilience and shared wisdom learned through my journey as a father in navigating an abusive marriage, false allegations of domestic violence, parental alienation, and post-separation abuse.

In this episode, I outline the documentation strategy that helped me get custody of my kids. In summary:
- Take lots of pictures.
- Get a voice recorder and record visitations.
- Get a dash cam and record exchanges.
- After visitations, send yourself an email with a summary of the visit.
- Hire professionals to monitor you and write a report.
