Big News + 5 New Modalities I'm Trying in 2026

Something is shifting at The Healing Heroes and this episode is where it begins. Chandler shares two exciting announcements: Happiness Academy is officially becoming Healing Heroines, a private membership for women ready to go deep, find meaning, and do the work alongside other women on the same path. Plus, Season 1 is returning from April through June in honor of the podcast's two-year birthday this July — the perfect on-ramp for new listeners and a chance for longtime fans to revisit the heroes and modalities that started it all.
Then Chandler gets into the good stuff: five modalities she's currently exploring in 2026 that are unlike anything she's covered before. From an Akashic Records reading that gave her unexpected clarity (and a spirit-guide-approved Amazon recommendation) to the humbling, body-awakening practice of Aikido, the subconscious-shifting work of depth hypnosis, the surprisingly joyful lymphatic benefits of rebounding, and an upcoming session of brain mapping and neurofeedback - a scientific approach to retraining the brain that she's trying in support of her ADHD diagnosis. Each modality is explored through Chandler's signature lens: honest, curious, and always personal.

Chandler Stroud: [00:00:00] Hey guys, it's Chandler and welcome to The Healing Heroes. I promise you.
Chandler Stroud: I'm Chandler Stroud, an executive wife and busy mom of two who after years of living with anxiety. Health struggles and an unshakeable feeling like I should be happier, made a profound discovery that changed everything. Join me on a journey where unexpected paths lead to [00:00:30] healing and more happiness. On this show, we will explore unconventional ways to unlock more joy in your own life with the help of my very own healers.
Chandler Stroud: And trusted advisors, the Healing Heroes.
Chandler Stroud: Hey everyone, and welcome back to the Healing Heroes podcast. I'm your host Chandler, and I am so glad you are with us today because today is a little bit different from our typical episode [00:01:00] structure. I'm often on here either interviewing a hero. Or interviewing a hero with one of our healing heroines, a woman they have worked with and supported through her own healing journey, and most recently, more one-on-one interviews with our healing heroines.
Chandler Stroud: Women who have faced trauma, tragedy, hardship, and created their own support system or tribe of healing heroes. And are now sharing what they learned with the world. [00:01:30] And so those are really the three types of interviews you'll hear on this show. But today it's just me. I am here with you one-on-one because this is a really important time for the Healing Heroes.
Chandler Stroud: And I am going to share a couple really exciting updates with all of you today. I have some news and. I wanna make sure everyone's on the same page around what you can expect from me and the show and the Healing Heroes brand well into the future. [00:02:00] So first I have to ask a question. Have any of you ever made a decision and then you receive new information shortly thereafter and have to completely change course?
Chandler Stroud: Because that happened to me about five or six days after I launched Happiness Academy. So as many of I launched this Digital Community Happiness Academy. I did a beta test last summer for about three months. With a handful of women who I have loved [00:02:30] getting to know better, and I spent the last several months making the community even better so that it's the most effective and powerful support system that women can find in.
Chandler Stroud: Going through and embarking on a healing journey of your own. So I was really proud to launch this thing back in February. We did a press release and I posted online and I was super excited about it. And then just five or [00:03:00] six days later, I had what I can only call a divine download, very similar to the first one I had that.
Chandler Stroud: Encouraged me to create this podcast, and while I'm so excited to have this information and I cannot wait to share more with all of you about what's coming this summer, I will tell you that it completely changed my approach and the purpose behind Happiness Academy and really [00:03:30] what I'm trying to do with that space for women.
Chandler Stroud: And so today I am really excited to share a rebrand that feels like it was always meant to be. I'm going to accept this new information that I have been given and Rename Happiness Academy to Healing Heroines. Yes, that's right. Similar to the content pillar we have on this show, the Healing Heroines, these women [00:04:00] who have faced unimaginable heartbreak, tragedy, trauma, illness, and the list goes on.
Chandler Stroud: But what's so incredible about these women is that they found a way to heal, and they found joy and meaning on the other side of these. Incredible hardships, and it's so inspiring. Every conversation I've had with a healing heroine has completely lit me up, and I have felt so [00:04:30] connected to each of these women.
Chandler Stroud: And what better way to honor them and their stories than bringing them together into a space where they can feel seen. And heard and supported, not just by me and my heroes, but by other women doing the work alongside them. And healing Heroines, that is the name of our new digital membership for women who are really looking to go deep and find the kind of joy and meaning that [00:05:00] I have been so lucky to find with the help of these modalities, with the help of my heroes and with the help of this curiosity and open-mindedness that keeps me.
Chandler Stroud: Asking the right questions, feeling present in my body, and being grateful for this life that I have built and this new perspective that I have been given. And so I am really excited to continue my own journey alongside all these women, [00:05:30] these heroines who will be inside this community. With me. So that is the first piece of news that I am really excited to share with all of you.
Chandler Stroud: The second update I have for you all has to do with the podcast itself, and I'm really excited for this announcement because I realized this show will be turning two years old this July, which is an incredible. Stone when I think about all of the episodes that we have launched every single week since July of [00:06:00] 2024, and as we move toward this exciting milestone, I realized knowing that we have a lot of new listeners joining us every day, and there will be, I expect a lot of new listeners joining us this summer when.
Chandler Stroud: I share more about the extension of the show Coming soon, I realized that I didn't want new listeners joining us in the middle of the journey, and so I've decided to go ahead and rerelease all of season one [00:06:30] starting in April, and that as a reminder will be 12 episodes in total, one episode from each of our healing heroes.
Chandler Stroud: That really takes us back to basics and covers the 12 modalities that I found most helpful and effective in healing, mind, body, spirit, and as I always like to say, my past, my present, and my possible. And honestly, this feels like the perfect way to revisit those [00:07:00] foundations, the modalities, the stories, and the heroes who helped shape this entire journey from the beginning.
Chandler Stroud: I wouldn't be here without each of them, and I'm so excited to celebrate them once again in this way as we inch closer to this incredible and exciting milestone for the Healing Heroes podcast. So just think of this as a great way to meet the main characters of the show before this next chapter [00:07:30] begins.
Chandler Stroud: And don't worry, we will be back in July with brand new episodes, lots of heroin conversations. I will be recording from now through July, so we will have lots of new inspiration to share with you in the summer months. So don't go anywhere. And I also think this is a perfect time to catch up on any episodes that you haven't tuned into.
Chandler Stroud: Maybe you saved them in your listened to later list, or you downloaded but haven't had time. So it's a great time to [00:08:00] catch up on the show and any episodes you missed. Prior to July. Finally, before I get into the modalities that I'm trying right now, if you do wanna connect more deeply with this work, there are a few ways that you can do that right now.
Chandler Stroud: First off, you can go to our website, healing Heroes podcast.com, soon to be. The Healing heroes.com. So that's a quick plug and download our healing roadmap on the website. That is the same healing [00:08:30] structure that I provide to members inside Happiness Academy soon to become healing heroines. So there's that free resource.
Chandler Stroud: Highly recommend you download it. The only thing you need to do in order to have that resource sent directly to you is provide your email address. Which subscribes you to our monthly newsletter. I will not spam you. I do not send weekly emails. We send one newsletter a month and it is jam packed with announcements, [00:09:00] with tarot readings, with products and tips from our heroes.
Chandler Stroud: With incentives and rewards, like there is so much in this newsletter, I highly recommend you subscribe. It drops the first Thursday of every month, and we would love to have you, so that's another way you can stay connected to the show. In the interim, you can also book a one-on-one call with me if you want personalized guidance.
Chandler Stroud: I love meeting women who are interested in doing this work, and I am happy to work with you and create a curated plan. [00:09:30] Based on your interests and what you've tried or not tried or what you've gone through, I can make recommendations based on my own experience, and I've done this for friends and acquaintances more casually.
Chandler Stroud: So now I just created a little bit more structure around it to make sure that I was giving proper attention to those who really wanna go deeper and learn more about all of these incredible approaches to finding more health and happiness every day. And [00:10:00] then finally, you're gonna be able to apply to join the Healing Heroines, and I'm so excited for the bi-monthly calls to introduce you to our heroes.
Chandler Stroud: You'll get to work one-on-one with our heroes, usually at a discount. So definitely think about applying. It's a really cool space and a great way to stay connected with me and other women who care about finding this kind of meaning and purpose in their lives. And of [00:10:30] course, if nothing else, you can always email me if there is a modality or a topic that you wanna see explored on the show, either with a hero or through a heroin conversation.
Chandler Stroud: Because this podcast has always been a collaboration and a conversation, and I wanna hear from you. So I'm here, reach out with any of your questions and suggestions, and there are lots of ways to make that connection with me. And others on the show by visiting our website. Again, [00:11:00] healing Heroes podcast.com, soon to be the healing heroes.com.
Chandler Stroud: Okay, now that we've covered off on the housekeeping items and really exciting announcements, I am pumped to share with you guys the new modalities that I have tried in 2026. You guys know I bring a lot of passion to talking about the modalities that I found to be so fun and so effective, and today I'm gonna share five of the more recent ones I've tried with all of you [00:11:30] because they are so different from anything that I've talked about on the show in 24 and in 25.
Chandler Stroud: And I think you're really gonna like them. There's always something for everyone in what we share here. And hopefully one of these will resonate with you. Some ancient, some more modern, but have all really caught my curiosity for one reason or another. The first one I'm gonna talk about with you guys today is a Kashic records [00:12:00] reading.
Chandler Stroud: A few months ago, I was connected with a woman named Stephanie Potter, who owns a business called Aloni Akasha, and in modern spiritual practice, an Akashic Records reading is a session where a practitioner enters a meditative or an intuitive state and asks questions about your soul's journey. And Akashic records reading is really meant to give you a higher level view of your life.
Chandler Stroud: People use them to understand repeating [00:12:30] patterns they exhibit. They make meaning of difficult experiences through these readings, and they often get guidance of what their soul may learning at that moment or working through on Stephanie's website, she specifically says. It's an intention of providing you clarity, hope, healing, and true excitement about your life.
Chandler Stroud: Working through the Akashic Records to bring through messages from your higher self and your [00:13:00] team in spirit. They offer you the information you most need to hear right now through love, patience, and always laughter. And by the way, that was certainly my experience doing my reading with Stephanie. It was so helpful.
Chandler Stroud: It really did give me some direction over the last several months in terms of what I really needed to be focused on and in the laughter camp. So at the end of the reading, she was like, your spirit guides are really wanting you to try something. And I was [00:13:30] like, please share. And it turns out my spirit guides thought that I would really love.
Chandler Stroud: Yuzu tea. It's like a honey citron tea that is, originates over in Asia. I had never heard of it before. She sent me a link. I wasn't able to get it from that source. So I went on Amazon and I typed in yuzu tea and got this jar of like yellow. Slime that honestly, that's what it is. It's [00:14:00] yellow slime with like chunks of yellow in it.
Chandler Stroud: I opened the box and my husband was like, you are not putting that in your body. And I was like, babe, my spirit guides say that I'm gonna like it. I popped it open. You basically pour hot water into a mug like you would a cup of tea, and then I added two heaping scoops of this gelatin to the cup and stirred.
Chandler Stroud: You guys, I took a sip of this stuff and was like, where has this been all my life? It is the best thing I have [00:14:30] ever tasted. I kid you not. I'm on my second jar and the jars are like this big. If you're watching on YouTube this big, they're huge. And they're, it's delicious. Like it's actually delicious. So my spirit guides were onto something.
Chandler Stroud: They knew me. I had to, I laughed. I had to laugh because they clearly know me. This stuff, I have it every afternoon. It's so delicious. And it's not just me. By the way, hero OAS stopped by the house a couple months ago for tea, and I served her a cup and she was [00:15:00] like, can you send me the link?
Chandler Stroud: This is really good. Anyway, getting back to Akashic Records, some of the benefits that. Many people cite Akashic Records. Provide our one clarity, understanding patterns in your relationships, work or personal struggles. Two, a healing perspective. It can reframe your past experiences through a growth or soul.
Chandler Stroud: Lesson lens. Again, this is like in the camp of things happen for you, not to you. [00:15:30] And I think that's a really cool way to think about these records and the information they provide. Finally, guidance, insight into next steps. Your purpose or what alignment might look like for you and for me. This was so helpful.
Chandler Stroud: I had heard from a couple different sources, but specifically Stephanie said, your guides really. Want you to meditate and to stop looking outside yourself for the answers you're seeking. You need to create a meditation practice. And it's funny because I [00:16:00] don't know if this was my higher self telling me this, but I have been feeling that way for a very long time.
Chandler Stroud: And you guys know from the podcast, I find meditation to be really inaccessible when my mind has like holding a million things. So I love sound healing or acupuncture or yoga. 'cause it like forcibly, but gently puts me in that meditative state. But I've really been consciously trying to sit in silence and just listen to my breath and I will say I'm getting better.
Chandler Stroud: I'm not great yet, but I'm [00:16:30] getting way better. So it's been really helpful and honestly, I have received a lot of incredible downloads and information, whether it be from my higher self or spirit, or my intuition and just inner knowing. I feel really connected right now to something bigger than me, and I do believe that meditation has had a role to play in that.
Chandler Stroud: So thank you. Spirit guides. Okay, moving on. The next modality I have been trying is a keto. A keto is [00:17:00] often called the martial art of peace. Instead of meeting force with force, it teaches you how to stay centered, redirect energy, and move through conflict with awareness. Balance. It's less about fighting and more about transforming tension.
Chandler Stroud: The entire philosophy behind it is about harmony rather than domination. Protecting yourself while minimizing harm for others. [00:17:30] And this. I gotta tell you guys, this has been maybe pretty transformational for me. I've only been doing it for about eight weeks now. Hero Moylan, I have to thank him for this one.
Chandler Stroud: He is our expert, Rolfer on the show, but he's also a sixth degree black belt in a keto, and he has been encouraging me to try this. And encouraging anyone to try a keto who has suffered any form of trauma. And the reason for that is he talks about the [00:18:00] benefits of yoga and breath work and acupuncture and all of the things I've been doing.
Chandler Stroud: Those are great. But for trauma specifically, a keto is really powerful because it's partner based. You have someone coming into your physical space in an aggressive way, and you have to diffuse and neutralize that threat. And so you really have to be present in your body and learn how to move it in new ways.
Chandler Stroud: I will tell you, [00:18:30] it is the most humbling experience I have ever. Gone through. I am terrible at this. You guys like, granted, I've never been a dancer or whatever else. It feels so choreographed when you watch the black belts do it. It's beautiful. It's like smooth and fluid and they look like they're kicking each other's butts.
Chandler Stroud: And then when I do it, it's like right foot let foot right hand, left hand. It's so awkward and it's so [00:19:00] embarrassing because. Honestly, it's a bunch of old guys kicking my butt every Monday or Wednesday night, and they could not be kinder. They are the nicest gentlemen, and I am so grateful for their patience with me.
Chandler Stroud: I love thinking about this as a lesson in what healing really looks like. This is not some beautiful white painted dojo. No, I am going to a sketchy area of town. It's on the second floor of this dark, abandoned looking warehouse. Yet, it is [00:19:30] so transformative. I can't, it's like I've never felt power in my body like that before.
Chandler Stroud: I've wanted to quit every single time I've gone because I get so frustrated and I feel so exposed and so uncoordinated and stupid when I watch how good these guys are at this practice, this art, and. For some reason, something in me just keeps telling me to keep going [00:20:00] back, to sit in the discomfort of the embarrassment, of the awkwardness, of just feeling so uncoordinated because I think I'm learning something.
Chandler Stroud: And I will tell you in the last two sessions I've been, I see myself improving. I see my confidence improving and. There's something happening physically within me. I can't describe it yet. I'll come back on and share more, but just in summary, the three simple benefits of a keto that I would [00:20:30] highlight for listeners, one, emotional regulation.
Chandler Stroud: A keto trains you to stay calm and centered. Even when someone comes at you aggressively. Two embodied awareness, it develops balance, body awareness, and the ability to move with fluidity rather than tension throughout your day. And three, and this might be the most important and most influential reason why you might wanna try it, conflict transformation.
Chandler Stroud: Philosophically, it teaches you [00:21:00] how to redirect conflict, not just on the mat, but in life no matter what is happening around you, whether it's a spiral of chaos with work deadlines, kid responsibilities. Other things you have going on a keto teaches you to find your center in those moments and not let life throw you off course.
Chandler Stroud: This is what I have learned so far, what Moylan preaches and what the Sensei at the Dojo talks [00:21:30] about as a benefit of it, and I really can see how. It would translate to real life. And so I'm really looking to feel the effects of this practice longer term. So that's a keto. Highly recommend. The next practice I've been trying is depth hypnosis.
Chandler Stroud: Thank you. Heroine Olive, who came on with Hero Lee for this one, I had interviewed Olive because she's a depth hypnosis practitioner. I had never heard of this practice before, and I have now subsequently met three [00:22:00] times with Olive and have loved our sessions together. Death. Hypnosis is an effective way of working with the subconscious to heal the root of what's really going on, not just the surface symptoms.
Chandler Stroud: It's similar to hypnotherapy, but it uses a more focused state of awareness that feels very relaxed and very organic In that state, people can access deeper memories, emotions, or patterns and begin to [00:22:30] shift the beliefs. Or the experiences that are driving what's happening in their lives. Some of the benefits that I've heard Olive and others talk about with this practice are, one, instead of just managing symptoms like anxiety or self-sabotage, it really helps you uncover why those patterns exist in the first place so that you can address them and re-pattern them so that you behave differently going forward.
Chandler Stroud: [00:23:00] Because a lot of the beliefs and reactions that we have day to day live below our conscious awareness. The relaxed hypnotic state allows you to reach deeper layers of memory and emotion. People often use it to work through trauma, limiting beliefs, fears, or life transitions so that they can move forward with greater clarity and freedom.
Chandler Stroud: Greater clarity and freedom. And I will say, I recently just had a [00:23:30] session with Olive a couple days ago. She's so skilled at this art. We went in to tackle one thing and came upon something that made her wanna pivot our approach and instead she cleared some energy that I didn't even realize was negative energy.
Chandler Stroud: I had visualized it with Hero Kate in the past, and I always knew that it was there as a mechanism for how I show up in my day-to-day, but it never occurred to me. That I [00:24:00] could just release that. And she did this really cool kind of ceremonial thing while we were in our session together where she cleared that energy and I visualized it being cleared, and I woke up.
Chandler Stroud: I couldn't stop yawning, like I was exhausted from carrying this thing around for so long. And I just had, I was smiling ear to ear, like I didn't, I wasn't totally sure if I was really hypnotized or not, like I was so aware the whole [00:24:30] time, but I woke up feeling different, feeling lighter, and that lightness, that openness, that vulnerability has stayed with me ever since our session.
Chandler Stroud: It's like I feel this weight has been lifted off my heart space, at least right now, I have to say I am very convinced she cleared something that was weighing on me, and I'm so grateful to her for that. But again, this is a great example of like you have to go in open-minded and trusting the person you are working with.
Chandler Stroud: I [00:25:00] think having interviewed Olive as a heroine on the show and then having two subsequent sessions with her, I was really able to relax into our third session together and just trust her. If we had gone right into this conversation, even six months ago, I would've been like, I am not answering that question, or I'm not going there, but I just trusted her and followed her and.
Chandler Stroud: It was incredible. So yeah, I'm really enjoying depth hypnosis and I'll look [00:25:30] forward to my next session with her next month. The fourth modality I have been trying lately is rebounding. Now that's a fancy way of saying jumping on a trampoline, if I'm being honest with you guys, but. Rebounding is a simple practice where you bounce on a mini trampoline to stimulate the lymphatic system and circulation in your body because the lymph system doesn't have a pump.
Chandler Stroud: Like the heart movement like this helps the body naturally detox, boost energy and [00:26:00] support overall wellness. And here's a really fun fact I found online. Rebounding became widely known after NASA studied trampoline exercise in the 1980s and found that it could be extremely efficient for cardiovascular conditioning and circulation, especially when compared to running.
Chandler Stroud: I think to build on this, I even read somewhere probably online, likely Instagram, if I'm being honest, that 10 minutes of [00:26:30] rebounding is the equivalent to a 60 minute walk. So it's a great exercise for quick cardio. If you wanna just get the blood flowing, get your heart rate up. It is super fun, like nothing else makes you feel like a kid again than jumping on a trampoline, especially if you blast your favorite song, which I do because my trampoline is above my garage, which is detached from my house, so I can like really turn up the music and have a dance party for five or 10 minutes and I feel great [00:27:00] afterwards.
Chandler Stroud: I especially love it after a good lift session. It's a great way to just like. Round out your heavy weights and get the blood pumping. So three key benefits for all of you to consider. One, it supports lymphatic drainage. The up and down motion helps move lymph fluid through the body supporting detoxification and your immune health.
Chandler Stroud: Really important, especially in these like seasonal transitions when everyone's getting sick. Two, low impact cardiovascular [00:27:30] exercise. It raises your heart rate incredibly fast while being super gentle on your joints, making it accessible for pretty much anyone. And three, it boosts energy and your mood.
Chandler Stroud: The rhythmic movement stimulates circulation and oxygen flow, which can increase your energy, and I have definitely found it to improve my mood. No matter how tired I am getting on that trampoline, I feel great stepping off. And finally, the last modality that [00:28:00] I. Honestly have scheduled, and I'm trying in two weeks, so I will come back and tell you more, but I had to share it here because I think it's so fascinating and provides a real scientific perspective to healing alongside a lot of the holistic stuff we talk about on the show.
Chandler Stroud: And that is brain mapping and neurofeedback, brain mapping and neurofeedback work together to help people understand and retrain their brain. A brain map shows [00:28:30] how different parts of the brain are functioning at once, and then the neurofeedback piece helps the brain learn healthier patterns through gentle, real-time feedback.
Chandler Stroud: This approach is especially helpful for people dealing with anxiety. Focus issues, sleep problems, or nervous system dysregulation. It helps the brain learn healthier patterns so that it can regulate itself more easily. I'm trying this modality at a really good time [00:29:00] for me because I don't know how much I've mentioned this on the show, but I was finally diagnosed with A DHD, which explains so much of what I've talked about on the show from.
Chandler Stroud: Struggling in school in really severe ways, not just growing up in childhood, but even as I think about like college and getting my master's degree full, final exams, I was leaving blank because I wasn't retaining information, getting distracted even day to day as I sometimes work to move the podcast forward.[00:29:30]
Chandler Stroud: And so that diagnosis was really an unlock for me. I think I wept when I finally received it because I finally felt like nothing was wrong with me. And I know that sounds counterintuitive, but it's no, I have, I'm not dumb. I'm not stupid. Like I had extra headwinds that I just didn't know about and that were making learning harder for me.
Chandler Stroud: And so that diagnosis was really helpful and I did get medication for it, which I've honestly [00:30:00] taken maybe one to two days a week when I really feel like I need it and I'm going into a long block of work. But unfortunately, I found that it gives me insomnia. I don't know why it shouldn't, but my body is so sensitive, I think, to medication at this point that it doesn't matter what time I take it, it keeps me awake at night.
Chandler Stroud: So I've stopped taking it. About a month ago, maybe even a little bit longer. Which is why I'm really excited to try brain mapping and neurofeedback because this is one of the things that addresses, and it [00:30:30] would be really exciting for me if I can re-pattern my brain and make some new kind of connections through the training process.
Chandler Stroud: So that I can function more optimally and not need the medication even on those tough days when the medication was so helpful and served me so well during daytime hours, just not at night when I was trying to fall asleep. And the three key benefits I would highlight for you all are one, it identifies underlying brain patterns.
Chandler Stroud: [00:31:00] So brain mapping can reveal brainwave patterns that are connected to things like anxiety, attention issues. Sleep problems or stress by going specifically into those areas of the brain and showing you how everything works together. The second benefit is that it helps retrain your brain. So once you find these patterns, the neurofeedback piece uses gentle feedback signals to help the brain learn to regulate itself more effectively.
Chandler Stroud: So you wear [00:31:30] this like cap, and there's wires attached to it, and it's very safe, low risk, but you basically undergo a series of exercises while your brain is being stimulated, and it retrains those patterns. And then the third benefit that I would highlight is that it supports emotional and cognitive balance.
Chandler Stroud: Many people use it to improve focus, reduce anxiety, regulate mood, and improve sleep. I am very excited to try this out with [00:32:00] a contact that I met out in Denver, Colorado at Lux Neuro, and I will be sharing more about my journey in a couple weeks online. I'm literally flying out to Colorado for 24 hours.
Chandler Stroud: To go experience the brain mapping and hopefully try the neurofeedback sessions for a month virtually from home. So really excited about this one. Again, I think it brings that scientific lens to these types of therapies beyond just the holistic approaches and is just [00:32:30] another option for you guys to learn more about and maybe try if it feels authentic for you.
Chandler Stroud: So that's it. Those are the modalities that I have tried that I am really enjoying right now, and I will. Absolutely be sharing more about my journey and my experience with these five modalities inside Healing Heroines on our bimonthly calls. And for anyone who wants to learn more, I encourage you to dig in, do your own research, but these have been just so fun and [00:33:00] new exciting practices for me to try.
Chandler Stroud: Just to summarize Akashic Records reading a Keto Rebounding. Depth hypnosis and finally brain mapping and neurofeedback. So as we head into this next season for The Healing Heroes with the Healing Heroines growing season, one returning, and some really exciting announcements coming this summer, I just wanna remind you of something that's at the heart of this entire show.
Chandler Stroud: [00:33:30] Healing isn't one thing. It's not one modality. It's not one teacher, and it's not one magical moment where everything suddenly clicks into place. Healing is a journey of curiosity. It's trying new things. It's listening to your intuition. And it's finding the practices that bring you home to yourself.
Chandler Stroud: Some of the things I shared today might resonate deeply with you and some may not at [00:34:00] all, and that's okay. The point isn't to try everything. The point is to stay open to the possibility that there are many different doors that can lead us back to peace. And that's really what this podcast has always been about, exploring those doors together.
Chandler Stroud: So if today sparked your curiosity about any of these practices, I hope you'll keep your mind open and investigate further. And if you're looking for a place to do [00:34:30] that alongside other incredible. Women walking this path. I'd love to welcome you inside Healing Heroines, the community. Thank you as always for listening and for being a part of this journey with me, and I will see you next time on The Healing Heroes Podcast.
Chandler Stroud: But until then, remember, be curious, be courageous, and most importantly. Be kind to yourself. [00:35:00] You've got this.
