Hello there. Can you hear what I'm saying? It's your host, Tim Conrad. I've just uploaded a video version of the newest episode featuring guest Heather Shtuka.

The video shows some of our time together, along with images to help you understand the area where Ryan went missing. If you're ever going to Sun Peaks, British Columbia, it's worth checking out, but it also helps you to follow along with the episode. You can find the video at communications Podcast.com or on the Butterfly Effect Communications YouTube channel under our podcast playlist. As I've mentioned, more content is coming.

I recently stopped by to see some colleagues at First Nations here in British Columbia, and I've been creating lots of new content, and I'm quite excited to finally show you everything I've been learning. Starting a podcast is a huge learning journey, and I certainly feel like I've been in school over the last couple of years, mixed in with life's twists, emergency responses, time with family, speaking and teaching, building a business. It's been a little busy, just let's say that. And we all have that.

And so thanks for listening. Taking that time. I really appreciate every bit of effort that everybody puts into being part of it. So thanks for your patience along the way, as we've learned.

And I've learned how to do this. This is also a moment to thank all of my guests, producers and designers, including Emily Page and Doug Downs at Stories and Strategies. Tharou Shan and Shawn Edstrom. This communications podcast has been a team effort, and I am thankful for all who have joined the journey so far.

You'll soon see and hear the episode from my former fire department in Nova Scotia, which is celebrating its one hundred and fiftieth anniversary this year. Here's a preview.Da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da dada da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da.And back in the day, like the fire department, which still is good.

But back in our day, firing was number one in the community. If you're firemen. They really respected you. So if we had any issues or any requests, the public would look after us.

And there's no hardly any hassle. There's no none that I can mention. The only conflict we might have had once in a while is if a car didn't stop right away at a scene we had Constable's in and it hit, like, might get damaged. Yeah.

Everything else is great, but we had a couple costumes a little quick in the hammer on the flashlight. But anyway, no, public relations was really good. Yeah, it still is. Pretty good.

Da da da da da dada da da da da da da dada da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da. Please keep listening, watching, subscribing, sharing and sending guest ideas. But please don't put any more s words in there. Uh.

Ha ha ha. Find everything at Communications Podcast.com and check out our video episodes there and on Butterfly Effect Communications YouTube page. This is better where you can subscribe to both our video and audio podcasts. So lots of options out there.

Hear me later or watch me later. Whatever. Bye bye.
