Importance of Clarifying your Mission and Core Values

In today's episode,  we're talking about the importance of getting clear on your mission and core values to support you in your decision making, especially if you are a business owner and/ or service provider.  Last year after realizing how out of alignment with my core values the mission of my business was, I got clarity on what I want my brand to stand for and how that mission is connected to what I value the most in life.  Without having this clarity, I was open to taking on others mission for their business, which lead to compromising my core values to attain someone else's vision of success.
