I am a chartered accountant, with over 30 years’ experience in industry and consulting, helping organisations deliver sustainable improvement.

Steve is the founder and Chair of Kingsgate, which has been delivering successful change for organisations in difficult and challenged situations for over 20 years.

He is a former Chair of The Institute for Turnaround and regularly contributes to thought leadership in the industry.
