Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts  is a first-generation Mexican American film producer with a passion for telling stories that give voice to diverse groups. Most recently Roberts teamed up with Mario Lopez to produce The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia for Netflix (2 seasons) and Steppin’ into the Holiday for Lifetime Television.

 
Roberts also produced the Strangers With Candy the Movie, written and starring friends Stephen Colbert, Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello. The film was an official selection of the Sundance Film Festival.

 

Recent producing highlights include the documentary about the life of Painter/Activist Carlos Almaraz, Carlos Almaraz / Playing with Fire (Netflix)“Meet Me Next Christmas” also for Netflix starring Christina Milian and featuring music by PENTATONIX, written by Camilla Cordelia and Molly Halderman.

ANN LEWIS ROBERTS

Ann is President of Roberts Media, a full-service production company committed to high-quality, effortlessly diverse content for a global audience. Ann began her career at Paramount Pictures, where she grew from intern to senior producer of Entertainment Tonight, the #1 entertainment magazine.  At Comcast, Ann was instrumental in the creation of long-running, addictive series for E! and Style networks. In her next role, as SVP and head of studio for Disney-ABC, she built an unscripted division that included a cable network, legacy brands such as Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and The View, as well as new talk, game, and reality series for ABC, Disney Channel, and ESPN.  Most recently, Ann and her husband Mark Roberts founded Roberts Media, a production company responsible for Netflix’s 2024 #1 global hit Meet Me Next Christmas, award-winning Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, Cheap Old Houses, and acclaimed documentary Carlos Almaraz: Playing with Fire.

Dr. Tina Vartanian

Dr. Tina M. Vartanian holds a doctorate from the University of Southern California, Thornton School of Music. Her areas of study: Flute Performance, Instrumental Conducting, Music History and Music Education. She has directed award-winning music ensembles in her 18 years of public school teaching, followed by Arts Coordinator positions in Beverly Hills Unified and then as LACOE's VAPA Coordinator. She is also an adjunct professor with the USC Rossier School MAT program. She also holds expertise in the area of Early Childhood Music, where she is the educational consultant for a music program in China.
