The Unbusy Mom - take your time back strategies for business moms
How does getting 20 hours back a week sound?
Mom life is easy for me. And by the way, I’m working from home (plus homeschooling!) with 5 kids.
Ready for your own “how to make things fit” strategy?
The way I do scheduling allows you to grow through the hard phases of building a business alongside a family, leveling up your CEO self alongside your capacity to hold.
What you end up with is a way closer relationship with your husband - your kids - even your clients! - because you’ve built the daily lifestyle that allows you to nurture that connection with the most important people in your life….
….No matter what’s going on with your to-do list.
So if….
✅ You feel like you’re up to your eyeballs in to-do lists
✅ You’ve got more things scheduled on your calendar than you’ve ever seen
✅ Your kids need more time than you’ve currently got (for homework & playing with them after school)
✅ Your plans for date night are getting pushed last minute (or snoozed till next week – again)
✅ You can’t even fathom taking a two-hour break in the middle of the day (because if you stop, the house might literally burn down)
✅ You can’t remember the last time you got a pedicure (because you’re too busy taking care of everyone except yourself)
Then it’s time to escape the never-ending cycle of “there goes my lunch break” meetings, “turn around by Friday” projects, & “hang on I’m almost done” answers to your kids….
…And swap that for working less, snuggling your kids, and putting "me time" back on your calendar.
‘Cause it's time for you to actually feel that day-in, day-out confidence in your role as mom, entrepreneur, and all-around high achiever.
Which is where I come in to help you create win-win solutions for yourself + your family that support business growth, team scaling, & client operations without compromising any key part of your life (or requiring long-held goals to be left for another year).

The Unbusy Mom - take your time back strategies for business moms
Introverts, businesses, alone time, plus 5 kids in the mix?!
You’re thinking: I’ve got an entire van-ful of kids - I won’t get peace and quiet again for another twelve years!
Me as mom of 5: Are you the grown-up, or are they??
I mean, I get that they’re loud. I get that that many kids make a LOT of messes.
But who said they get to run all over you?
Disobey whenever you ask them to bring their dishes to the sink?
“Forget” to hang up the towel on the floor?
Here’s where you need to turn the cultural “mom serves the family” narrative around and be the boss your kids need (so you can keep showing up for your business).
You’ve got this!

And if you need the right answers (both for the kid side of your life AND your “what’s next” project list), I’ve got two intensive spots open this month - where I’ll help you free up 3 hours each day!
‘Cause there’s no need to hold onto every to-do + commitment in your life (when you’re sick of the calendar jenga game).
And right now you feel like you’re in conflict - with your clients, your kids, your partner, or even yourself (because of your own needs). You fear the next family season - the parenting issue that’s going to crop up - the marriage breakdown behind the scenes - the feast-and-famine cycle in your clients - the next issue with team that’s going to unexpectedly explode.
Which is where I come in to help you create win-win solutions for yourself + your family that support business growth, team scaling, & client operations without compromising any key part of your life.

This is the Unbusy Mom, and today we’re talking about introverts, alone time, plus 5 kids in the mix - and no, I’m not crazy!
POV: I have a bunch of kids, so I won’t get peace and quiet again till they’re out of the house. Help me get through the next ten years!
Me as coach: Um, are you the grown-up, or are they?
I mean, I get that they’re loud. I get that they make messes.
But who said they get to run all over you? Disobey whenever you ask them to bring their dishes to the sink? Hang up the towel on the floor?
YOU’RE the adult. They obey YOU.
You have to actually ENFORCE your daily recharge time, not just run around attending to the latest client messages in Voxer or seeing what your VA needs from you in Slack - ‘cause THAT’S a never-ending inbox-whack-a-mole game.
(Which you already know.)
But what you NEED right now is the permission to knock it off, NOT check back in till your time slot for it tomorrow, and TAKE that no-guilt listen-to-podcasts time - because it isn’t gonna happen if you don’t make yourself take time for it.
No one’s coming along checking up on you like the selfcare police. (Did you put your phone down and take a walk today? No? Then I’ll handle the kids and you go right out.) Nope - that’s up to YOU.
See, this mindset is what I lean on when my 6 and 8 year olds are zooming in and out of the living room (which they’re not supposed to be during quiet time), because they’re always “on their way” to something approved like taking a drink or going outside, and I’m starting to feel snappish and crazy.
No, they AREN’T respecting my afternoon work time boundary, and whose fault is that? Mine!
So who needs to restate something about it, TO them, instead of expecting their noise level to magically settle down? Again, me!
And when I do that, the resentment calms down immediately, *I* get my peace and quiet back, and THEY get the reminder they needed (that even though drinks are permitted, being respectful of quiet hours is still included).
So start thinking about WHAT you want from your day, HOW you can get it, and what THEY need to be doing to make that come true.
It CAN happen for you – I promise.
