Fans, Bob Saban here tracking the Cat's Special edition Live from Winston-Salem. Just wrapping up, 25 seconds to go here at Wake Forest. Final score is gonna be 42 to 10 on Wake Forest side. Tough match for Western. We had a tough time finding our way in a lot of different areas. Um, one was. We, our offense, we needed Isaac Lee, our backup quarterback, third string backup quarterback, to really take it on for us in the fourth quarter. Of course, going against probably second or third stringers, but we were able to finally pull some good, uh, music out of that. Got a touchdown. Games of good yardage in the fourth quarter. However, wake Forest, wow. They, uh, put it on us early on. However, only two of their players, uh, accounted for almost half of their offense. Their, uh, quarterback Ashford and their highly touted, uh, running back Clayborne thought he might be injured, but he ended up coming in for the game. Played most of the game pulled out late in the third quarter when the, uh, final was determined. But, uh, he had 200 yards of offense and, uh, the quarterback Ashford had another 75 yards rushing, uh, himself for a total of about 250 of the 280 yards rushing they had. And then, um, they had another 200 and some yards passing. Catamounts came in, uh, pretty slack, like I said, with the, uh, with their offense. Never really had a lot to get going. We had some good moments. We had some good opportunities early on. We got down close to the goal line in the second quarter, but we were stopped. And then, um, when Isaac Lee came in, like I said, in the fourth quarter, and it was a shortened fourth quarter, there were. This was a six hour game. It started at two and with all the rain delays, it's now about 8:00 PM as we wrap this thing up. Um, but uh, the fourth quarter was only 10 minutes long. Um, and they had almost no real halftime. Of course, the halftime was taken up by rain delays, um, tough all the way around, but the atmosphere. Western Carolina probably had 500 people here when the game started today. Uh, good Catamount turnout for the fans. Uh, just wish the, uh, the finish had been a little bit better in our favor. Uh, able to score a few more points, get some more yards on the, hopefully we'll see a little bit of a turnaround on that. Next, uh, Saturday Elon comes to town and we will have Bob. Steve and I will have a wrap up either this week or after the Elon game, but, uh, tracking the cats will be back at you another week to two weeks at the most. Uh, have a great weekend and we will see you soon.
