Are these aches and pains due to menopause or something else?
I think when we get aches or pains we automatically think it's due to aging but that is often not the case. In this episode we are talking about why aging is seen as negative in society, why fitness and movement so important for 50-something women, why men and women need to do things differently and what we do as individuals to change the negative narrative.
