How Far We Come
Living a life that feels aligned is hard, and Steph and Allison know that story all too well. Join them on their journey to rediscover themselves, reclaim their creativity, get real, and release the shame that keeps us comfortable feeling bad. Through a lens of humor, emotion, and pop culture, Steph & Allison share their experience of getting their mental and physical health in order - from the tools and modalities they are trying, discussing what works and what doesn’t, the unexpected ways in which our physical and mental health are connected, and so much more. How you think affects how you present yourself to the world, so come along for the ride as we lay the foundation to feel aligned with our purpose - whatever that is!

Stephanie Caldwell
A poster-girl for the Type A persona combined with her highly intuitive nature, Steph started exploring the mental health and wellness space in her mid-20s as a way to feel connected to life outside of her day-job. From becoming a certified yoga instructor while working full-time to implementing a holistic approach to healing “inexplicable” health issues, she has always tried to balance societal expectations with the spirituality she feels so in tune to. As a natural talker, researcher, and curious human, hosting a podcast felt like the right next step in furthering her connection to life outside of work. When she’s not tied to her to-do list, a favorite self-care practice of hers is a good 2000s era TV show re-watch à la One Tree Hill or The Hills.
