Good Evening Swansea
The father and son podcast that chats with those who help bring good times to the wonderful city of Swansea. Our episodes - available to download every two weeks - usually consist of about 30-45 minutes of light-hearted chat, discussing people’s stories, their talents and generally having some fun.
By way of background, Jack, at 21, has just completed his politics degree at Reading University and is next heading to Cardiff in September for a broadcasting masters. Ant is a criminal solicitor by day with a side hustle of freelance football commentating.

Good Evening Swansea
Episode 15 - Andrew Bird and the pork pie salad!
He was the Comic's Comic "Best UK Act" in 2023 and now, after twice playing Swansea Arena (as support for Russell Howard and Rhod Gilbert) comedian Andrew Bird is heading to Swansea's Grand Theatre as part of his solo tour.
He's performed at the London Palladium, Wembley Arena, the O2 and Reading Festival... this was his chance to chat with Jack and Ant from the sofa in his living room.
"A brilliantly funny comedian" was how Russell Howard described him. Rob Brydon went further with the accolades... "very punctual" was his assessment.
Catch Andrew Bird at Swansea Grand's Arts Wing - 20 February 2025. Tickets from: www.swanseagrand.co.uk/article/32172/Andrew-Bird
(No intro or outro music on this episode - due to a couple of technical difficulties).
