On today's episode our host Liz Bezler talks with reality show star, Estefani Mendez, to talk about her experience on dating show Love Undercover on Peacock. She goes into depth about some of the things that weren’t shown on air as well as the mental toll it took on her afterwards. Stef talks about how medication has changed her life and how therapy has helped her through some of the anxiety she endured while filming the show. She wants to be a role model for her Latina community she is building and believes that no matter your culture or how you grew up - therapy and medication is a good thing and is not frowned upon.
