On today's episode our host Liz Bezler talks with reality show star, Gabby Findley, about her struggles with anxiety on Peacock’s Love Undercover. She talks in depth on what it was like being on a reality TV show searching for true love and walks us through her heartbreak and healing process. Gabby believes that you have to face your emotions head on in order to be able to fully heal from the inside out. She also is a huge believer that everything happens for a reason and she knows this was just another piece of her beautiful life journey.
