A Forged Life
Welcome to A Forged Life, formerly The WorthPlace Collective Podcast.
This podcast is a space for those who spend their lives helping others — coaches, clergy, counselors, leaders, caregivers, and the many people who carry responsibility for the well-being of others.
I’m Kevin Parido, and through conversations, reflections, and stories, we’ll explore what it means to live a forged life — a life shaped with intention, purpose, and endurance. Drawing from both my coaching work and my work as a bladesmith, we’ll lean into the living metaphor of the forge: how we are heated, shaped, refined, strengthened, and sharpened over time.
Together, we’ll talk about burnout, purpose, leadership, resilience, calling, and the work of becoming who we are meant to be while helping others do the same.
I’m grateful you’re here, and I hope you’ll join me on this journey.
