Last week, as you already know, I spent a few days at The Blue Mountain Real Estate Conference. In my last Episode which we recorded on site at the conference, I had mentioned that on Day 1 a portion of the Day 2 Audience got together, spread out across 2 rooms for a full day Mastermind session.
We had my friends Andrew Fogliato, and Jeff Lobb moderating each of those rooms, and then myself and my friend Kathleen Black were floating between the two, part taking, and assisting in the flow of the conversation throughout the day.
To start off, Jeff asked everyone to go around, introduce themselves, and share their 1 biggest challenge in this business. I of course sat there diligently taking notes, really interested in what people had to say.
And in no particular order this is what came up -
Should I join a team. Time Management. Branding. Staying Motivated. Admin. How to manage leads and the work life balance. Giving up control. Systems. Tracking. Social Media. And Consistency.
Again, that was in no particular order, and there was absolutely no surprise here. But what I found interesting, was that when you boil most of it down, I summed it all up to “how to run your business on a day to day basis”.
