He is a 30+ year real estate industry veteran.
He has held several positions in management including founder/partner of Sotheby's International Realty Canada (Ontario), Manager at Bosley Real Estate (the largest and oldest independent brokerage in Ontario) , and President and Broker of Record at Property.ca Realty where he grew the agent count from 75 to over 240 agents in 18 months, and became one of the top brokerages in the city, closing over $800M in transactions.
Previously he was Director-at-Large and President of the Toronto Real Estate Board from 2013-17 and Director-at-Large of the Ontario Real Estate Association.
He is an advocate of technology in the real estate industry, and has joined Key, a unique co-equity real estate company designed to help more people achieve homeownership years earlier, AND to provide Agents with a new income stream .
