Laura Dill who is a correctional exercise specialist and a Sr. Operations Manager for Action Onsite. She works with Corporate Athletes to help them perform better and avoid injuries. Before that, she has also owned and operated her own gym and exercise boot camps where multiple clients have benefited from her vast knowledge. Laura shares her years of training and in-depth analysis of athletes and creates corrective exercise plans to meet the needs the athlete may have to get back on the right track or start to improve their performance.
