承接第三集 MBTI 入門，今集「簡約生活課」Patrick 再次登場，深入拆解 E（外向型）與 I（內向型）兩個維度。E 型小朋友的能量來自外在刺激與人際互動，砌完模型要拍照給人看、有人回應才有動力；I 型小朋友的能量來自內在世界，可以獨自砌幾小時模型、先觀察環境再開放自己。

Patrick 特別點出一個痛點：如果家長自己是 I 型，遇上 E 型孩子，那種「你喜歡靜、他坐不定」的落差是最大挑戰。他的建議不是壓抑孩子天性，而是坦誠溝通——告訴孩子爸爸也需要安靜的時間，同時主動安排活動讓孩子「放電」。對 I 型孩子則相反：避免在人前批評、給予安全感與空間，他們自然會慢慢開放。
