Dr. Alex Acevedo, DPT, CSCS

Alex is our Co-Founder, our Rehab Coordinator, and a Performance Coach at Fearless Sports Performance. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has had experience working with the Cleveland Guardians, with Pinecrest Performance (a baseball rehab and performance facility in Miami, FL seeing major league, minor league, college, and high school baseball players), and with the Movement Performance Institute (one of the leading physical therapy clinics and biomechanics research labs in the world). He has been involved in researching health and performance for baseball players at the USC COOR Lab. He played NAIA baseball at Loyola University New Orleans. He is someone who was never athletically gifted but trained and competed his way to success.  His mission is to help athletes who are in similar situations to minimize their failures/setbacks and help them achieve their maximum potential.

Joey Hanley, ACSM-EP

Joey is our Co-Founder and a Performance Coach at Fearless Sports Performance. He has experience with athletes of all levels, from youth to professional. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. He is a Certified ArmCare Specialist through ArmCare.com. He is Post-Surgery Return to Throw Certified through VeloU. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition Sciences from Whittier College, where he pitched as a late reliever, often used as the closer. As a late inning reliever, his duty was to be as aggressive and focused as possible. He utilizes this mentality, his academic background, and an extensive experience with coaching to make a positive impact on all of his athletes. He has become even more obsessed with his athletes' success as he was with his own success as a player. His mission is to help all athletes, no matter the talent level, reach their highest potentials and take their careers to the next level.
