Dear Listeners,

April is National Autism Awareness Month. The aim of the observance is to raise awareness, foster environments of acceptance, advocate for resources and support for people with autism. Bermuda, this month take the time learn more about autism, and what you can do as a fellow community member to raise awareness and foster acceptance.

Our guests this episode are Dr. Jahnae Harvey, Executive Director; and Mrs. Emma Williams, Assistant Funding & Administrative Officer from Tomorrows Voices. During this episode, Dr. Harvey and Mrs. Williams talk about what Autism is and how it may show up differently person to person, common myths and misconceptions about autism, what inspired the opening of the Tomorrows Voices Organization, the services & therapies offered at Tomorrows Voices, and what activities Tomorrow's Voice are having during the month of April.
