March is National Nutrition Month. This years theme is "Food Connects Us". As we observe National Nutrition Month, spokes persons from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics across the USA encourage us to connect in several ways, connect with food, connect with experts, explore connection with culture, and to build the connection across all stages of life. Discourse tells us that food is one of the main contributing factors to health outcomes. However, we know that food is that and so much more. We know that "Food Connects Us". Bermuda, how does food connect you with your culture, your health, your family & friends, with gardening with accessibility, with affordability, with sustainability, etc.?
