Going through life cycles as we age is inevitable for all of us. For women menopause, as indicated by the WHO is a point in a continuum of life stages. For women this stage of life typically marks the end of reproductive years but this is not the only thing that comes with menopause. There are three stages including perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. For women going through menopause and those who will experience it in the future, it is critical to understand the stages of menopause signs and symptoms and the resources you need to help you through this stage.
